  • Wondering how to get more flowers on Hydrangea? Well, here in this video I have shown everything that I do for my plants to increase flowering. The video includes 70+ days updates and I am really glad to inform you that I am getting exactly the same results whatever I was expecting. It's blooming so well that I can't express my happiness :-)
    So, if your Hydrangea plant is not Blooming, please do the things I have shown here and I don't see any reasons of not getting blooms on your Hydrangea plant.
    Please note that, to understand the complete procedure, I would highly recommend you to watch my previous 2 videos. In those videos I have covered few more important things about Hydrangea and I believe you would find them useful.
    Must Watch Previous Videos -
    1. DO This Now on Hydrangea for Maximum Flowers
    • DO These NOW On Hydran...
    2. MASSIVE Flowering on Hydrangea, But...(it talks about the most common problems found on Hydrangea plant)
    • FIX - Common Hydrangea...
    I believe, I have covered everything about getting maximum flowers on Hydrangea plant. But still, if you have any questions, feel free to ask me.
    Thank you very much for watching, Happy Gardening :-)

    Sir, thank you again for such an informative video... After almost 2 weeks my hydrangea is growing better than before, and this is just because of your previous video... thank you very much! 😀 But sir, for potting, mixture can we use vermicompost instead of compost...? and can I use dosage of mixed fertilizer for maintenance of my plant health? 🤔

      @Adel Castro, Sorry for the late response...actually, TH-cam creators don't get any notification for nested comments. I spotted your question as I was checking the comments where I have replied (I try to do it in all cases). Anyway, back to your question - please keep the plant in shady area for next few days and then expose to the direct Sunlight Gradually. Again, Hydrangeas don't need lots of Sunlight. 2-3 hours of morning Sunlight is fine and please don't worry about the temperature...It's same here in my place (Assam, India and as of now it's same like you 32-37°)

    Hello sir,
    Where can I get these plants? Can they be grown from seeds?
    What is the approx cost of these plants?
    And can they be grown in Rajasthan?

    • @GardeningUpbeat
      @GardeningUpbeat  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      From seeds, difficult and better to buy new plants from nursery or grow from cuttings. Cost in my place varies from Rs. 100 (new cutting) to Rs. 250 (somewhat matured plant)
      Rajasthan - Honestly saying, I don't recommend you to grow as they prefer hilly area (cool weather). In fact, I also get too much issues while growing them. They do really well in Meghalaya (my neighborhood state)! But still, if you like, you can definitely try once and see how it goes. Wish you all the best and sir is not required actually!

    Beautiful flowering sir. Where are you from ? Can we grow hydrangeas successfully in plains? I have seen them in hilly areas only. What is the average temperature on your place

      @Jasmine arul Arul, Thank you SO SO much for the feedback, appreciate it :-) I am from Guwahati (Assam, India) and yes, we can grow in plains but they bloom much better in hilly area though. As of now temp is around 30-34°C and quite humid :-( Raining almost every alternate day...One request - I would appreciate if you don't call me Sir, thank you :-)

    Hello Dada I am from USA and Hydrangea grows here pretty well , during winter it goes dormant and comes back in spring. Could you please let me know if we can add banana peel fertilizer for this plant and is this plant acid-loving like azalea?

    • @GardeningUpbeat
      @GardeningUpbeat  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Monika Sanjeev Sircar, That's great to know and proud of you :-) I know, Hydrangea is one of the most popular flowers in USA and they do really well over there because of the climate. Many varieties are available as well :-) You are right - it's a acid loving plant like Azalea but do well in Alkaline soil too. In acidic soil, we get blue color and in alkaline soil, Pink color. And, definitely we can feed banana peel fertilizer. It's one of the best organic fertilizer that is rich in Potassium.
      Thank you very much for watching and plz let me know if you have any questions. Have a great day ahead :-)
