സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയയിൽ അല്ല പുനഃ പരീക്ഷ തീരുമാനിക്കുന്നത്. അത് സുപ്രീം കോടതിയിലാണ്. പുനഃ പരീക്ഷ വേണ്ടവർ, അതുപോലെ വേണ്ടാത്തവർ ഒരു ബന്ധവും ഇല്ലാത്തവർ വെറുതെ കമൻറ് ഇട്ടു കളിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Question paper leak ആയിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്ന് തെളിഞ്ഞല്ലോ.. ഏതൊക്കെ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലേക്ക്, ആർക്കൊക്കെ അതിന്റെ പ്രയോജനം ലഭിച്ചു എന്നൊക്കെ തലനാരിഴ ചെയ്തു കണ്ടുപിടിക്കാൻ cbi യ്ക്ക് വരെ ചുരുങ്ങിയ സമയം കൊണ്ട് കഴിഞ്ഞെന്ന് വരില്ല. NTA ഒരു വിഭാഗം കുട്ടികൾക്ക് re neet നടത്തിയത് ശരിയായില്ല. എല്ലാ കുട്ടികൾക്കും re neet നടത്തേണ്ടതായിരുന്നു. ഇത്രയധികം തെറ്റുകൾ സംഭവിച്ച NTA യ്ക്ക് രക്ഷപ്പെടാൻ കണ്ട മാർഗമാണ് 1556 പേർക്ക് re neet നടത്തിയത്.

എട്ടാം തീയതി തന്നെ പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കും. സർക്കാർഅവരുടെ നിലപാട്അന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കും. അതിൻറെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ സുപ്രീം കോടതി തീരുമാനമെടുക്കും. സർക്കാരിന് നിലപാട് സിബിഐയുടെ കണ്ടെത്തലിനെ ആശ്രയിചിരിക്കും. സിബിഐ പരീക്ഷ ചോർന്നു എന്നാണ് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നതെങ്കിൽ ഭരണഘടനാപരമായി പുനഃ പരീക്ഷ മാത്രമേ നിവൃത്തിയുള്ളൂ.

If the question is leaked through a whats app means, or if the questions were available on even a single cell phone it is impossible to find where all it has reached. In this age there cannot be a limited question leak. If it leaked the number is simply indefinite. Nobody can come to a reasonable conclusion that it was taken advantage by only "x " number of students. This is the problem Supreme Court will be siezed of when it takes up the case. Read along with the observation that it wont allow even 0.01% of doubt in the integrity, what an be the result is anybodys guess!!!!

The above mentioned delay is considering NTA manage to arrange for a ReNEET in 6-8 weeks. But NTA..!!??
NTA has already lost its credibility in the last couple of weeks as multiple paper leakage cases has been reported even for other NTA exams as well. With all the available evidences against NTA officials involvement in many of these incidents and govt itself has appointed a NTA president, court would not want to make themself responsible in relying NTA to conduct a ReNEET (or even any other exams for that sake) before the whole system has been cleaned up properly. If not NTA, then who...? If is not easy for a new agency to conduct a national level competitive entrance test like NEET participating 20-23lakh students within 6-8 weeks. Any new agency would ideally want a 6months minimum organizing period for such a massive event.
Time and again..!! it is getting more and more complicated.
4. Why would you spent 10-12 weeks time, 23lakh students re-preparation, so much huge expenses, uncertainties If it is all about a 25 or 50 or even 100-500 cases..? If no massive size scam is proved, it is much easier to debar the 25-50 culprits, and bring all those involved in these cases to justice, and continue with the current NEET 2024 results/ranks. Debarred students does not get chance to appear in the allotment process.. and hence hard earned ranks are served with justice. Instead of making 23 lakh student and their parents suffer, how better it would be to allocate 230 or 2300 officers to do a thorough investigation on the NEET / NET or any such exam scams throughout the country and bring all the culprits to justice through high speed action plan all put them behind bars within 6months time and set an good message for any future / to-be culprits in the coming years.
5. Candidates who scored below 90 percentile stand no chance of getting absorbed in the medical academics available in the country. Sensibly thinking, candidates who scored 60percentile or below in the NEET 2024 may not even appear for a Re-NEET exam as they already experienced their marks after all the hardwork they might have done and may already have made up their mind to ponder their option B plans for higher studies.. That completely make sense too (for me, there is a mere 0.1% or less chance for a candiate who scored below 75percentile to do better and reach above 90perceintile in a ReNeet). Hence a ReNEET may be prepared for 23Lakh students but may be 8-9Lakh candidates who scored above 60 percentile is expected to actually attend the exam. Thus, all the massive preparation that had to be done throughout the country may go in vein.
Do any body think a ReNEET can never bring justice to 23L students..?
As mentioned above, there could be more reasons that I cannot think off but will face only when such a situation really arise
I frankly say that if the beneficiaries of fraud cases exceeds 5% of the total attendees, a ReExam might make sense..
However, if the beneficiaries is less.. catch the culprits and bring them to justice..
Don't throw the 99% to injustice..!!
