I like to hear your judgements on ride comfort. It's not often given the priority it deserves with other reviews - and so important with the state of our roads. You'd do a great service if you compiled the best in each segment sometime. All the best
We test drove a 2015 Fabia SE Estate on Saturday and it was an incredible car for the price. I've been looking for a few months now and hadn't seen anything quite like it for the price range that ticked the boxes of Tax, insurance, economy, comfort with a bit of fun on the side. We're picking it up Wednesday to replace our 2011 Citroen C1 which is fast becoming too small with a 3year old. Not to mention the C1 struggles heavily on hills.
Great car. Pity the wing mirrors do not fold in. And I really can't understand the "fog lights". But a really nice solid safe car to drive, with a bit of oomf when you need it.. .
The Fabia sits in a really tough spot in the market, and in my opinion Skoda need to do a lot more to maintain its market share. Its being attacked by PSA and Renault / Nissan with design, Hyundai / Kia with warrenty and technology and Dacia with price, and its not even that much cheaper than a Opel Corsa. Moreover its the only model in the entire VW group lineup, which still has to make do with the old 1,2 TSI engines rather than the new 1,0 TSI. For comparison even the much cheaper Dacia Sandero get Renaults current engine not an outdated one. Soon there will also be increased in-house competition from the brand new Seat Ibiza, so frankly its looking more and more difficult to find any sort of justification for choosing the Skoda over all its numerous competitors.
fundiver198 when you buy new. It’s definitely not justified but this holds up far better in the used market, where you can get so much more for your money compared to a used polo that’s on the older, equivalent platform.
So it rides jolly nice , shame about the face (ia) . The brand new Fiesta is due to launch mid-year , and this may look like a cosmetically challenged individual who has to wait a long time for a dance when this happens !!
if you want a car with reliability and quality issues, then this is the car for you! As a previous owner I can confirm these cars are junk. I hate to think how much they pay car reviewers to praise this garbage.

Great review. My fiancee and I want this in green a few years down the line as a used car.
I picked up a late 2015 75 PS 1 litre with 18,000 miles for just £6,000 at my local dealer.
Did you get this car? I’ve ordered mine pick it up next week in green too !
@@absbx1828 Great! I've switched allegiance to the Suzuki Swift but still have my old car for now. Enjoy your Fabia :)
