Autumn in Japan 2023 - Japanese Ryokan with Private Onsen - Fuji Kawaguchiko Hotel Konasou

- My very first time staying in a ryokan with private onsen! The dinner was amazing and all I wanted to do is just chill and relax in a ryokan. I would definitely recommend trying a ryokan stay. A private onsen in the room is wonderful but I think booking the hotel’s onsen is just as amazing.
Roykans are not easy to book as they are sold out quite easily so be sure to book early. Thanks for watching! If you like this video, do like and subscribe. 😘

Was the onsen in the room worth it? Great video as I am planning on booking for March!
@@LolaChu-e3e hi, thanks for watching! I would say you enjoy the convenience of dipping into the onsen anytime you want and as long as you want in the room. However, I think the private onsen which you can book in the hotel is definitely much bigger but there is a chance that they will not be available and it’s only available for 45 - 50 mins each time. Hope that helps!
@@Ajummaray thanks!
Thank you for an informative video! Disappointed that people are not wearing yukata at breakfast haha.
@@QueenJaneway thanks for watching! Oh, I remember seeing one couple wearing it at the breakfast area. 😊
Is there a public nath at the hotel ? (Not the feet bath, but public onsen inside the hotel)
@@dr.CliffordEJ yes, there is a public one inside the hotel as well. 😊
hey! I was actually thinking of staying here! how did you travel to the ryokan? thank you for the great video
I took a coach bus from Tokyo to the Kawakuchigo station. If you book the hotel, you can request for them to pick you up at the station.
Can you see Mt Fuji from your room ?
No, our room faces the lake so we can’t see Mount Fuji. You can view Mount Fuji at the roof top where there’s a hot spring area for foot.
What room type was this by the way?
I can’t exactly remember which room type it is but I did choose one that has a private onsen.
