Everyone disses on Ulysses for talking too much, but I grew up a metal gear fan that man is essentially an MGS villain with all those monologs I was down for it
Omg another fallout girl yeah i'm in a big fallout nerd phase and it's nice seeing other peoples than like average gamer dudes I do share a lot of opinion with you but i like to think about how to fix them too like For the railroad they should have made it a more broader anti-slavery (including synth ofc) group rather than just "free the synth" because like they're some mention of human to human slavery in the commonwealth like you can sell Billie and in Cait affinity dialogue she speak about how she was sold as slave as a child by her shitty parents but we don't really see other slavery related things So the fix would be to make slavery more apparent with the railroad feeling more coherent in their motivation because it's so weird hearing about human slavery and having the railroad only helping synths bc yeah synth situation is shitty but like being a slave to some raider group must just be one of the worst fate you can have in that universe (only thing worse i can think of is like being turned into a centaur) i say all that bc i kinda dig railroad like i think the spy aesthetic is great for the types of characters i like playing as (and the girl VA in my language is really good at serving detective/spy lines and bad for militaristic overtly violent ones Also feeling like the reason that legion is not in the TV show it's just that those guy's must be too hardcore for a broad audience tv show like one of the reason peoples "likes" the legion as an evil faction is how much you can directly all the shit that they do with the slaves and peoples on cross and how openly they hate woman and say the most bigotted shit in dialogues there's litteraly two wholes towns that are entirely empty of life bc the legion attacked . It's great in a good videogames bc if you want to do a good playthrough you're feeling how much of an impact you're doing by destroying that' faction and if you're doing an evil playthrough wwith the legion you're really siding with the worst of the worst
