Got an idea for hook part of hog nerf/rework. Rather than it being a smart projectile that pulls a hooked target from any distance, it has to have a range bet. Like Mei has to decide how far she puts a wall up, Hog will get to pull if the hook is aimed at the correct distance and lands. You aim at phara and hit rein - it fizzles. You send it behind a corner and if the predicted opponent is not nearby anymore, but 15 meters further back, missed distance hook doesn't pull, only does some damage.
