  • This video goes through the Milsbo cabinet from Ikea that I use to display my Hot toys and Sideshow figures along with some other collectables. I also go through how and what I used to dustproof and light the cabinet. Links for everything I used is down below. Hope you enjoyed the video.

The back glass of one of my Detolfs just exploded. Took a long time to clean up. Now I’m thinking of replacing with one of these. And also replacing my other 2. I’m afraid now of them exploding too.

The Nerd Collector good. One of my other Detolfs has side panel bowing. It’s scaring me. But I read that tempered glass sometimes bows and may not break depending on how sever the bow. But still worried. It’s fricken loud when it pops and a pain to clean up. I’d go get a Milsbo now but IKEA is closed. And my local one is booked up for curb side pickup and for someone reason I can’t get the cabinet shipped. Just going to have to wait and hope they open store soon to the public.

inferno044 the one thing I can say is be careful how tight you do the screws on the top of this cabinet because if you over tighten then it will put to much stress on the glass

I did an image search for the Milsbo and your vid came up in search. I'm glad because I was getting tired of looking at display cabinets and it's so hard to see detail on the Ikea website. So thanks for the vid! I know NOTHING about what you collect (I'm a different kind of nerd altogether - LOL) so me telling you your collection is nice would mean nothing to you. Would love to get one but cant get past having to enter my zip code. I'm in Idaho and every once in a while it will pop up with my location for a tenth of a second and then say "something went wrong. Enter zipcode again". I've searched online and have seen this is a problem on their site. Never bought from ikea before and even created an account because some people found that it worked after that. Also tried multiple browsers on my phone and pc but always had the same issue. So something must be down right now.
