Just discovered this because Tappara, the best ice hockey team in Europe, plays this song in their home games. I never expected an Amorphis-Nordman crossover but damn it's perfection.
Esa plays the right notes at the right time. Zero wankery. His songs take me to a place of peace and serenity. He is a true guitar hero! Hemlin's vocals are great as well.

The song is simple but it has enough quality. The melodies are haunting and infectious, and the video captures the message really well. If you don't like it then fine, but it's great and a lot of people seem to think so.
Esa is genius with guitar but also it seems to pick up just the right vocalist for the right song. Very good!

My first album ever was Amorphis Karealia Isthmus. I was 13 years old. I will turn 40 years old next monday and this album will be a must have when it will be released. Thank you Esa for your great music.
Mine was Iron Maiden's Somewhere in Time. I was about 8. Then I heard King Diamond's Abigail and Metallica's And Justice for All. Hooked and a metal head almost 35 years later.
