, the fact that she had absolutely no idea what the "headliner" is pretty much explained it all. For those of you who don't know what it is, it's the fabric covering the inside of your roof. If it was falling down as the planttiff stated, it would have shown in any picture that showed the inside of the car roof whether taken from the inside or the outside through the window. It also doesn't cost thousands to replace it, especially in that old of a vehicle. I just had mine completely removed and replaced with the exact same fabric and color used by the manufacturer for $350.00. That is in a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan with all the extra fun parts that have to be removed and put back in so the fabric can be pulled tight and adhered into place. If the plaintiff's was falling down because the window was broken, it could have been adhered back in place while the window was out and would have been secured when the window was put in. The woman wanted them to pay for her repairs. And if the children fit between the truck and the fence they weren't very big, if they were "jumping and dancing" on the sun roof they would have fallen through it. I doubt that happened and no one noticed it. She needs to start taking care of her own kids and stop blaming the neighbors kids for doing something that didn't happen and if anyone is to blame for any damages it's the planttiff. She needs to get off her back and on her feet so she can take care of the kids she already has and doesn't take care of.
