I have used 24 Grit on my Floor sander ,& have high powered Dustless System that our company built ,that has incredible cfm,never had problem removing glue or tar at that matter,besides that buffer has hard time taking that glue off & not able to vac up that clue ,also about a yr ago my floor vendor told me cost $600 for that driver for buffer,taking a regular buffer driver can make your own just by installing those blades if one really wanted to try something like that.
