The very first concert was not the best one. But this particular one remind me of old LP times so much. Sometimes she sounds so much like Chester in the skirt. Starting to love it.❤
yeah the acoustics for the first show were not the greatest by any stretch. But for many of us we were like we'll give them a pass cause you know they thought the same thing and boom boom boom its just gotten better and better. like Oswald said alot of people were just hung up on that first show and were like well if she sounds like that here then she must sound like that at every other show and not even bother looking up the latest shows

Or hell, maybe she was just nervous. Either way, while the first show was good, the rough spots were there. They've ironed those out. Also, the best part of the first show was how much fun everyone was having on stage. Honestly, they could have sounded like complete trash and that made it worth it to me. Now they're jelling live and it shows.

I can't wait to hear the new album because as much as Emily sounds amazing on some of the older songs, Chester brought forth emotion that you just felt on those songs that she, and I don't think anyone can replicate. Love her voice but on those older songs that's an element that I just miss hearing on the new performances.

Yeah, I feel the same way. If you go back to the debut livestream, she was clearly not quite there. The way they nail it here, particularly with her part, is perfect.
And this is just the warmup. Can't wait til the next time they decide its time for a full on live record. Hopefully it'll be during the world tour after the new album actually drops. With a few months to near a year of playing with each other night after night, the chemistry will likely be at full high octane levels. We should see even a bit more energy, a bit more electricity, a bit more octane at that point. Like they doing great but I definitely think they'll be another gear once they all really get acclimatized to each others

At the first show they did back with her, they took all of the keys up to all of the songs I think so that she was more comfortable singing them and would sound good. But the songs all sounded too off. But it seems like now on this tour, they've put the songs back in their original keys and her voice I think sounds way better in the original keys and they sound incredible. Please announce a North American tour!!!
Am I the only one bothered by how much of the songs Emily has the crowd singing. Like I understand doing that from time to time, but when it's basically every second line, it kinda makes you think she really doesn't have the technique or the stamina to make it through a show. Similar thing that Jared Leto does too and it bugged me a lot with him too. Like no Emily we don't wanna sing the chorus for you, we came here to hear you do it lmao.
To me, this is like Queen touring with Adam Lambert. I never got to see the original LP & although I'm not against this happening, I wouldn't bother seeing them now because I don't consider this line up as the real deal.
