I want the band to improve so I won't tell them that it's great when it isn't. And it really isn't in this case. On the other hand, it could be worse. Cause as much as I love Korn (and the guest appearance in some LP songs) I really can't imagine Jonathan Davis on vocals in LP. That would be really bad.
I was there. Just the crowd buzzing outside Barclays before the concert sent chills down my back. Strangers felt like friends in that arena. Emily has a strong stage presence and she was chosen by the ACTUAL MEMBERS of LP. Looking forward for the next chapter of LINKIN PARK. Nothing but support coming from me!!!
I can't wait until November for the album. I know it's gonna be great. If she has done this well, live only 3 times on songs written for Chester's vocals, I can't imagine how the new album will sound. thats actually why I like that they continued to keep the name and to keep touring and playing chesters songs, because then people who all loved chester meet up and remember and celebrate him, even though someone else is singing the old songs(fans will sing along and honor chester) but they are also going to make new songs too. and I think its just way more beautiful than them making a new band and hardcore LP fans would probably just listen to the old songs on youtube or spotify or the radio and chester would kinda be forgotten over time, instead he and his life is constantly celebrated whenever they perform. I like it much more

I caught Chester in a stage dive in Nashville. He was sweaty and amazing. A day I will never forget. I’m so ready for Emily. She has brought tears and goosebumps to the true fans of this band. Chester is smiling down on her. I see her look to him several times through the show. A lot of people don’t know she obsessed over him for years before he passed. It’s an honor to hold him down. She is blessed.

I think she is great and love to see the band happy again they felt loss like we don't even understand and took 7 years dealing. We will always miss Chester but he made us a wonderful library of music that we can always go back to. Emily is new linkin park and people who don't like it don't have to listen.
They are killing it. Emily is amazing. The people are singing a lot of Chesters parts because thats what this Linkin Park wants of its OG songs. You know Chester is smiling and loving them 1000%. I love when Emily starts singing Keys to the Kingdom and when she sings Bleed It Out while standing on the drums - it's incredible! I love Emily and the new era of Linkin Park, and on sad songs I remember Chester, and it gives an INCREDIBLE AMOUNT of EMOTIONS I can't imagine what people feel at concerts, if I watch only a video and can experience such a huge range of emotions, this is amazing!
Joe Hahn is so funny. Absolutely in his element and all in on the songs, yet so comfortable doing jokes throughout the concert. And his scratching *chefskiss*. A funny handsome nerd I would say :D
90’s Dad grew up listening to them. I took my 15yr old son who grew up listening to them too. Memorable night. First 2 songs I held back some Chester tears. Glad. Got to hear the music again. Probably gonna see them again when they open for the mighty Metallica!

@@Skunginoggin345 as far as im aware he is the band, writing ,studio recording, producing etc. He is on the tour but he is not doing the live stuff, back problems, chronic wrist problems and the hearing stuff he has. I mean they are doing 2 hours live shows it might be to much for him to do at this point. No reason to risk further health related issues.

On the initial live stream every chorus she sang sounded different from one another like she was finding the pocket she sits best in. As she finds her comfort zone finds the right way to sing these songs for her she gets better and better! I was at this show and she sounded amazing all night.

I think she is great and love to see the band happy again they felt loss like we don't even understand and took 7 years dealing. We will always miss Chester but he made us a wonderful library of music that we can always go back to. Emily is new linkin park and people who don't like it don't have to listen.

They are killing it. Emily is amazing. The people are singing a lot of Chesters parts because thats what this Linkin Park wants of its OG songs. You know Chester is smiling and loving them 1000%. I am so looking forward to the new album and i am sure they are saving the big US tour for next year. Ill be honest when Chester died i never thought i would see LP live. I just might get that chance to see my all time Favorite band live at some point. Clearly Emily has settled in since September 5th. She tried to hard to force the Chester screams. Im sure they told her be Emily not Chester.

I can't imagine what people feel at concerts, if I watch only a video and can experience such a huge range of emotions, this is amazing!

Joe Hahn is so funny. Absolutely in his element and all in on the songs, yet so comfortable doing jokes throughout the concert. And his scratching *chefskiss*. A funny handsome nerd I would say :D

I listened to Emily much better this time, the first time maybe she was nervous, but here I enjoyed her more, always supporting LP
90’s Dad grew up listening to them. I took my 15yr old son who grew up listening to them too. Memorable night.
First 2 songs I held back some Chester tears. Glad. Got to hear the music again.

Seeing show after show that the crowd is crazy and sings all the songs certainly boosts her self confidence.

@@Skunginoggin345 as far as im aware he is the band, writing ,studio recording, producing etc. He is on the tour but he is not doing the live stuff, back problems, chronic wrist problems and the hearing stuff he has. I mean they are doing 2 hours live shows it might be to much for him to do at this point. No reason to risk further health related issues.

On the initial live stream every chorus she sang sounded different from one another like she was finding the pocket she sits best in. As she finds her comfort zone finds the right way to sing these songs for her she gets better and better! I was at this show and she sounded amazing all night.

Emily sings most of these somgs incredibly here, just needed that bit of time. Mike singing LOATR hit me hardest of all as i lost a close friend who took his own life 3 days ago at the age of 35. He was incredibly well liked and listening to linkin park classics remind me of him. RIP man
