I know a few actors and from my personal experience the villains are the nicest IRL people. I guess it’s just easier to act what you aren’t like in real life.
I actually love his pack now, I knew Morgyn was a non-binary sort of character, but they actually made people know each other, took time to give them skills and jobs, I’m not too mad about the horrid builds cause like ea did a lot.
@Yeah agreed. other games have ten times the lore and established relationships, complete open worlds, vast arrays of careers and skills that work together, far better building systems and character creation. EA does the absolute bare bones minimum and people eat it up for absolutely no reason other than loving the old sims games and feeling nostalgia. and they use this love from their consumers to continue to gaslight everyone and pretend like they're working So hard on the game. It's like they don't even try anymore. they don't ever address consistent complaints about basic shit in the game!

Because the sex part says Morgyn's male I would suspect it means both they can't get pregnant, and They can't get others pregnant. So they did give us her, and three other very attractive sages, but they are from the Maxis Gallery to download. They do that with EVERY DLC commercial: Cool looking plotline and half the NPCs only come later as downloads. This was especially true with the Vampire DLC

Morgan in my game turned out to be possibly a transmale? His settings in the game when I tried editing him in CAS were male frame, feminine clothing, can neither become pregnant or get another sim pregnant, and "pees sitting down" but in my modded game basically was "doesn't have a penis". I'm not sure if that's how he was in other people's games. Way to go EA for making your face of the game pack a trans, I guess. I still married him to my scientist Sim so they could have a nifty Science vs Magic dynamic going in their household.

The Magic Realm has such high potential for good lore. there should be an rpg like storyline your sims could follow to learn more about the history of the place. same with the mermaids and vampires. Like lemme have a hand in making sure the vortex doesn’t (or does) destroy rip the land apart

You missed one thing on Morgyn Ember, but you'd really have to go into CAS or have Wicked Whims to notice. I'm pretty sure that Morgyn and L. have something going on between them (or want to) because without fail, every time I went into the Realm with Wicked Whims active, he and L. would go at it almost immediately after I'd emerge from the portal. Now, I thought he was pretty cute so I had my Sim romance him a little and to my surprise, he's a trans. My girl asked for a little somethin' somethin' and he agreed. It didn't play out quite like I thought it would. His manly bits have been replaced with lady bits. So you were kinda right when you said he looked androgynous.
I made a sim that has that "weird woman living down the street" or the "witch in the woods" kind of deal. She's max in herbalisms, gardening and absolutely completed in spellcasting. On the surface she helps people but at night she becomes this hooded figure that terrorizes anyone she comes across. After hearing their backstories, I am very much inclined to force a homewreck between Emilia and Darrel's relationship. I might end up having to ally herself with a terrible vampire sim I made and together they can use their powers to make people's lives miserable.
I think it would make sense for Minerva's ambition to be nerd brain if the game is assuming that she has already completed the ambition for spell casters. But if that were the case she would have added trait(s). Minerva doesn't seem developed enough for a senior character. I play a lot of elders and I like to see them have completed one career path and joined another, or completed an ambition in life and had a second one later...
If you cant tell in the Magic Realm, the dueling grounds used to be connected to the HD island and obviously the Casters Ally was connected too, so they were all probably connected at one point and maybe they could've been connected to an actual piece of the earth and lifted away. Idk lol

She found the ingredients for a magical elixir, she developed magical abilities, and she seemed herself unto marrying a member of the noteworthiest magical family to date. Flying under the radar that one, also I hope as her magical abilities mature, she becomes a master potioneer

This is super random but might be fun for others to know about ROM but I married my sim to one of the mages and added them to the household and they stopped being mages and were replaced. So if you like one of them and wanna snag them up, snag away! The game will take care of it haha. And you then you don’t have to wait for them to die to get different ones either haha

You missed one thing on Morgyn Ember, but you'd really have to go into CAS or have Wicked Whims to notice.
I'm pretty sure that Morgyn and L. have something going on between them (or want to) because without fail, every time I went into the Realm with Wicked Whims active, he and L. would go at it almost immediately after I'd emerge from the portal.
Now, I thought he was pretty cute so I had my Sim romance him a little and to my surprise, he's a trans. My girl asked for a little somethin' somethin' and he agreed. It didn't play out quite like I thought it would. His manly bits have been replaced with lady bits.

I made a sim that has that "weird woman living down the street" or the "witch in the woods" kind of deal. She's max in herbalisms, gardening and absolutely completed in spellcasting. On the surface she helps people but at night she becomes this hooded figure that terrorizes anyone she comes across. After hearing their backstories, I am very much inclined to force a homewreck between Emilia and Darrel's relationship. I might end up having to ally herself with a terrible vampire sim I made and together they can use their powers to make people's lives miserable.

I think it would make sense for Minerva's ambition to be nerd brain if the game is assuming that she has already completed the ambition for spell casters. But if that were the case she would have added trait(s). Minerva doesn't seem developed enough for a senior character. I play a lot of elders and I like to see them have completed one career path and joined another, or completed an ambition in life and had a second one later...

If you cant tell in the Magic Realm, the dueling grounds used to be connected to the HD island and obviously the Casters Ally was connected too, so they were all probably connected at one point and maybe they could've been connected to an actual piece of the earth and lifted away. Idk lol

I first saw the trailer and thought Morgyn looked non-binary and I was SO EXCITED when I popped open their outfits in CAS to see the team seemed to have made them like that on purpose!! I'm not non-binary but I think it's wonderful to see a character like that, especially such a prominent and interesting one.

She was in a special episode of Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood where she, as herself, explains that it’s all pretend because children on the street were so scared of her.

Emilia is a master mixologist so I am surprised that she was turned into a which by one of the Sages. It makes sense but I think it could have been better if she discovered the secret to becoming a which through her Mixology status aka she is the Nicholas Flamel of The Sims4. She found the ingredients for a magical elixir, she developed magical abilities, and she seemed herself unto marrying a member of the noteworthiest magical family to date.
Flying under the radar that one, also I hope as her magical abilities mature, she becomes a master potioneer
I have Morgyn set as a trans man in my game, though I was surprised to see that his clothing choice was set as Feminine, which speaks more to androgyny. Oh well, we love Morgyn, half the questions in the live stream were about dating him and frankly I had those same questions soooo
This is super random but might be fun for others to know about ROM but I married my sim to one of the mages and added them to the household and they stopped being mages and were replaced. So if you like one of them and wanna snag them up, snag away! The game will take care of it haha. And you then you don’t have to wait for them to die to get different ones either haha

fun fact about the actress that played the wicked witch of the west in the Wizard of Oz film, Margaret Hamilton, she was on Mister Rodger's Neighborhood and explained how she was not actually the witch and the difference between acting and real life, trying to help kids understand there was nothing to be afraid of. A lot of kids were scared of her unfortunately, and she frequently recounted about how kids would come up to her and admonish her for "Being so mean to Dorothy." She actually was a really nice woman who advocated for children and animal rights, and was a life long supporter of public education.
Hmm in Grace and Thomax’s house has an extra bedroom and a higher relationship with Emilia than the other house does... is it possible she used to live with them? Probably not just interesting because people were confused why there was an extra room.
