Loved growing up with the Intellivision! All of the games shown are fun classics, many great memories! Still have it and lots of fun, creative with well planned gameplay! Really enjoyed the video, and glad to hear others with appreciation for the system!
Thanks!! i really Appreciate that. Yeah the Intellivision has been in my life since the beginning when my dad brought one home in 1980. And Now there is so many NEW games being made by companies with so much love for this system. I'm Always happy to share with everyone!
Really enjoyed this vid. I know many will have their personal lists, but you can't argue with your choices either. Alot of great old games on this system that are still fun to play today. And some of the new ones in recent years are sensational.
@@DJCGAMESTUDIOS Dude, some of the new games make the Intellivision behave almost like an NES, ha ha. Anyway, always loving the DJC Intellivision videos with a good beer. 👍
I think it's time for someone to make an Intellivision that you can buy today, brand new, without relying on used wares, with inputs for modernized game controls, and a USB port for ROMs as well, maybe even online input too. The older games would see renewed love, and the homebrew scene would double and triple for sure. Checking Atari's IP page, as of the date Nov 4, 2024, there is nothing "Intellivision" in their hardware list. I think this still belongs to Amico. Just an observation.
I believe the transfer of properties takes a few months at least and im sure they are thinking of making just that. Intellivision Plus!!! i'm all in!!!
@@DJCGAMESTUDIOS I would jump at an Intellivision+, from Atari OR Amico. I know the lawyers need months to sort things out, so we don't know yet. I did mention the date because that list could change at any time.
We had an Intellivision when I was a kid; soooo many core memories unlocked with these sound effects!
I agree! Very well done!
Thank you! Sports Titles Next!!
