    Note: In the referenced study, they chose to EXCLUDE anyone that had experience in barefoot or minimalist shoes. What do you think of that?

    Barefoot Training is an essential training for those who need to re-align their Neutral Spine posture, and to having a strong Core for stability n mobility. Which is starting from foot, ankle, knees, hips n up to shoulder girdle.
    I love barefoot training.
