    Atty magtanong lang po sana. Sana matulongan ninyo ako.
    Ang aking asawa nag maternity leave siya Aug.1 2024 up to Nov. 2, 2024, kailangan pa rin ba ituloy ang pagbabayad ng SSS, Pagibig at PhilHealth contribution ng aking asawa from Aug.1 2024 to Nov. 2024 during sa maternity nya? May Company Share contribution pa rin ba during sa maternity ng asawa ko o kami na magbabayad lahat ng contribution po? What if po mag resign ang aking asawa ngayon Oct. 15, 2024 po kami ba ang magbabayad sa whole contribution ng employee at employer po dahil nag resign na ang asawa ko? Please help me Atty.

    Sir asking for my sister in law kc parang kina kaya kaya sya ng agency staff first yung sahod nila tinangay ng isa nilang staff nasa 10k din yun until now walang ginagawa ang agency 2nd sa time clock nila nagkamali ng sulat ng clock out which she acknowlegde nmn at sinabi agad sa boss nila pero suspend sya at walang sinabi kung ilang araw ang suspension she reach out sa staff block sya ano po ba ang pede nyang gawin legally ?

    Paano po kung immediate resign ka dahil hndi ka minimum since Quezon City po area ng work ko at family matters dahil wala po magaalaga ng maliliit kong anak...pwede po ba ko masampahan ng kaso?

    pano po kng terminate tpos di na pinag render ksi nag ka panic attack ako at kaya nila inalis eh bka dsw parang manakit pko kng aatalihin ako ng stress tama po ba un na pinangunahan nla ako

    Nag resign po ako last MAY 25..& currently tinatapos ko lang yong 30 days na pag render ko kaso biglang inanunsyo saamin na magsasara na ang kompanya na aming pinagtatrahahoan. My question is, ano po ba ang ma re-receive ko, is it final pay or separation pay?

    Sir tanong ko lang po kung ano gagawin pag laging nagpapa day off ang kumpanya minsan dalawang beses sa isang linggo ano po pwide gawin?

      Yup. This is to give time sa employer na makapag hanap ng papalit.

      @@jemm.8277 just recalled, I work in a bank that may nagresign dito and di na nya tinapos ang 30 days... what he did was he used up his remaining leave credits...

    If ever after 30 days po wala na pananagutan si employee let say ayaw na nya accept yung paki usap na extension
    Lalo na ang reason naman pag alis ay Di maganda ang treatment sa kanya ng boss niya
