One thing to note about Flysky transmitters is they have dual antennas: one in the antenna aerial, and another is also inside the carry handle. So you want to have the aerial pointed straight up to get the best radio coverage of your flying field. I have been using an FS-i6x for 8 years now! It's modified, but still works great. But I haven't been a club member since 1999. I have been looking to change that though. Great flying! Cheers from Lynden, Washington, USA!

I agree, its one thing to fly at your local flying field, but its a totally different experience flying at AMA Headquarters in Muncie Indiana!! I was lucky enough to visit Muncie three times in spite of the fact that it took four days to drive there from Wyoming.
@@Grossman2868 I could imagine that would be a total difference experience flying there at the head quarters I'm sure there would have been a lot to take away from the experience I am all for having fun stress free but at the same time keeping it safe and within the guidelines.
Once you can get the plane up and down again in one piece, be self-critical, was the take-off straight, or did you veer off and fly out the side of the runway?. Did you put the plane where you wanted it during the flight? Was the landing nice looking, would you have been happy with it if you were a passenger? If you fly, does everyone else land and get their camera out? Could it be they want to record a nice flight, or get something to post for crash of the week on TH-cam.

0746 when the model is level, the main landing gear should be located directly below the wing leading edge. 0820 the prop noise suggests that the prop being used is too thin for the application. should be using a 'stiff' E prop. you can blame the first owner or manufacturer for this mistake. see my comment on other video.
Im not sure. Usually those field guys give you all the tips. Sometimes they talk about range checks, and or failsafe s. So if it losses signal failsafe can cut throttle. If you steer clear of nitro, I think they have methanol (wood alcohol) i would say gasoline might me less toxic then methanol . Probably electric is such less hassle when it comes to storing chemicals.
