I agree completely. She was my 2nd favorite American Idol contestant ever and she was mistreated by Randy over and Over and OVER. She is bad ass!!

Is that a typo or an American version of the saying I know as "the apple didn't fall FAR from the tree"? Still, I know what you mean. She's inherited in spades her parents' musicality. She is a great singer, as good as any and far better than many, in fact probably better than any today!

You're absolutely right about that. It's a similar example - a common proverbial saying that people get wrong.
One wee grammatical point for you. It's "proof" not "prove". Proof is the noun so it should be "the PROOF of the pudding," etc. To prove is the verbal form. That's a wee thing. My German is almost non-existent so I still take my hat off to you.

Well, I''ve got a ton of videos from Haley's shows the last five years. I'm working on completing the performances from Chicago and Petaluma. Will add them to the irplaylist when they're posted. PS the Chicago show would be great, I'm enjoying that one a lot. Seems like there's something about this tour that I'm loving. Different sides of Haley we're getting to see, like she's still finding her lane even more and we get to watch. I actually didn't know she was on tour, hopefully she isn't finished because I'm going to check the dates to see if she'll be any where near me. But I doubt it: I live in Maine.
Next shows are in Idyllwild, California with Casey Abrams in August then in Chicago at BGdays where she will have her parents' band back her up, that will be in early September, then she's off to Europe on a headlining tour through the rest of the month.
