That's because you sometimes need to be patient in this game. Recklessness can mean doom to the Doom Slayer. I can't tell you how many times patience saved me from failure.
If you want to pass the master levels in Ultra-Nightmare, you will need a lot of energy drinks and two or three mouses...just in case. PD: Amazing skills!
anyone else feel that listening to cool hype music makes some games easier? everytime i'm doing a hard challenge in a game i just put subhuman on and channel my inner dante
Yeah in the moment I wasn't happy with it lol, I just wanted to go to bed. But the rest of the level I enjoyed, It felt like every room was the complete opposite of the one you just fought and you have to be quick on your feet.
GGs man! For the pinky arena with low ceiling maybe you should use the chaingun shield more to avoid damage when going in for a blood punch or when moving too close to the shield guys.
I don't know how to feel about this one. When it came down to the normal and Extra Life modes on Nightmare, Nightmare, I was dying like crazy. Then came the Ultra-Nightmare run..... *WHICH I PULLED OFF FIRST TRY!!* And there were some instances where I was near death: The courtyard with that persistent possessed Cyber-Mancubus The gooey fountain with the Riot Shield Soldiers and Tyrant The small battlefield on the mountain: first horde I figured out some exploits: Demons that will be possessed can be frozen before the Spirit spawns in. The area with the Mancubi and Pinkies and the Hell wall preventing jumping, you can dash to the ledge on the left before you land and deal with the heavies, and they won't attack you. In the steamy room with the Specters, there's a ledge that isn't fully protected by the Hell wall that you can grab and slowly kill the Specters. I'm glad the Master Level ordeal is over. I was about as ecstatic beating this level on Ultra-Nightmare first try as I was beating Taras Nabad. Remember, go slow if you have to.
It definitely wasn't as bad as tarras nabad but it is a really weird level and not in a bad way. Its like id lets you get comfortable with something then punishes that exact thing next arena. I enjoyed it a lot though besides the end lol
I use the program audacity to capture my voice and another program to capture my gameplay, Before I start talking ill hit record and say "right, left, right, left," while moving my mouse in the same direction I'm speaking. That helps me sync the audio to the gameplay in the editing software.
now get prepared for UN and prepare to bfg much as you possibly can and this master level is not be messed with as you can tell just spam lock on to spirit barons
@@Hambubger8405 I hated how gimmicky this level was, but it has some great arenas like the one at 19:00, and the last one personally loved it too. I dont like when you have restricted movement or tiny spaces
@@Nequialrestricted movement in tiny spaces can be great if used correctly. If it's just a small room with 4 possessed barons of hell because "funny", it's not good. But if it's actually something interesting, I stand by it. It's a nice change doing something a little bit different. It's especially fun/challenging when you're doing those rooms restricted.
I really fell in love with Eternals gameplay so that and tons of practice helped me become a better player, I've also been playing fps games since I could crawl so I can pick up on mechanics relatively quickly.
This level has fights so long that some of them seem a whole ass movie

I’ll play while listening to music sometimes. I agree it can help but dooms soundtrack is perfection
@@Hambubger8405 it is but sometimes its a bit hard to hear over all the gunfire and demonic screaming
@@VEGA_173 Change the settings, I always have music louder than SFX and Voice

@@Hambubger8405 that's definitely fair. It was pretty rough
bro sneezed on the marauder and staggerd it

when I played this master level I had to take a break halfway through because my hands were cramping so hard

your right I didn't even think about that, I underutilize the energy shield a lot

I love this level but hate the constant tyrants
Yeah it’s a bit excessive on this map. I don’t mind one every couple rooms but it felt every arena I went in there was a tyrant.
I hate the green specters so much man lmao
Pretty sure they're called cursed Prowlers
Yeah a spectre is just a partially invisible enemy. Most commonly they are the Pinky.
@@RockyPondProductions and the whiplashes, but I didn't know he was taking about those, I got confused by the green
Me too, one of the worst enemies to deal with
I just started playing doom and i can barely follow whats going on in the game.. but this.. 🤣
I remember my first time watching somebody of high skill play I was mind blown, it was like watching a different game lol.
@@Hambubger8405 exactly! But i really like the game so far and i love being a casual player
@bencetakacs4151 glad to hear! I honestly prefer casual in most games but some are fun for the challenge and to see how good you can get

I use nvidia ShadowPlay To record and no I have not seen them
less
