One thing I had a problem with in the original battle was how Batman just flat out ignores the "no kill" rule (even though he breaks it a lot, but that is for a different thread) and straight up just kills Iron Man even though he hasn't killed a member of the JL or Bat-family, but I can totally see Iron Man killing Batman

When it comes to basic equipment that either batman or ironman has on hand at any given time Ironman always comes put on top. The only thing Batman has over Ironman is overall fighting skill and probably stealth but Ironmans tech can compensate for that. It's ignorant to think Batman wins at all in a head on fight.

Yet in the movie he only beat Superman because Superman didn't want to fight... Superman could have killed him from a distance with eye beams. He did tear half the helmet off with just a punch after all.
I checked the history of Batman vs Superman fights and when Batman won, it was because of following gimmicks: Batman given power equal to Superman by gods/aliens, Superman losing his powers, Batman having help from Green Lantern (who can solo Superman, btw), etc. It was never Batman beating Superman by having kryptonite and gadgets alone. Oh, and Superman has won more often than Batman. With his own strenght alone, no gimmicks.

I wondered since the original ending, why Toy didn't use Jarvis to scan Bruce's fighting style to counter. I prefer this ending overall though. Made more sense to me. This would have been more accurate. Love that you added in that "Sir, you can't beat him in hand-to-hand combat" thing from Captain America: Civil War. This is where batman suffers. He focuses on prep time. If he would be in a prep battle he would instantly win (unless maybe it's somebody like Thanos or Spiderman since they're both great strategists too) but since he and Iron Man just met for the first time, Iron Man would have his suits for backup. He currently (at the time I commented this) has 49 suits including the new hulkbuster and bleeding edge armor soon to be seen in Avengers: Infinity War but I think that's all the suits or maybe he makes a 50th suit in Avengers 4 before RDJ leaves Marvel (*crying inside) so anyways, he alsways has a backup suit. If we're talking about comics here, Iron Man would still ultimately win in a no-prep time battle considering he can use his satellite and endosym armor.

Hell let's take it another step up give Batman the Hellbat suit which has all the powers of the justice league then everything is on equal footing but i think Hellbat suit is just too much for Tony to contend with
