Rat guard done and exterior wall metal started!

We started the walls of the shop. First we had to put the rat guard up. Then we started the siding. We use a laser level to set the rat guard height consistently all the way around.

Looks nice! I'm looking to enclose by barn soon and I always heard the metal wasn't supposed to be in contact with treated lumber? You think it's ok to put the rat garde straight on that bottom board? I'm assuming it was treated wood. Thanks!

We built it directly to the specs from the plans we got from Menards. It is pressure treated and the rat guard went straight on it.

Is the rat guard being installed so that the siding metal will sit below slab level or at the same level of the slab?
