Rwandan President Kagame commends military's role in nation's rebuilding

President Paul Kagame praised the military's contributions as the country marked its 30th Liberation Day on Thursday. The celebration commemorated the Rwandan Patriotic Front's victory over the regime responsible for the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi ethnic group.
