I'm glad to see them finally come out with decently priced dual motor e-bikes - that's all they needed to have enough torque to actually climb some hills.
@@MotoCheez So, last summer, I got my hands on this Juiced Camp Scrambler. It could handle some seriously steep hills, but let me tell you, I was huffing and puffing by the time I reached the top. Blame it on the extra pounds and me having to give it a hand getting up there. I thought about the Grizzly, but man, that's a bit much for an e-bike. So, I switched things up and went for scooters for a while. But, you know what? I'm eyeing a dual-motor e-bike now because that's just more my vibe. Great vid man! 🌻
Hi Motocheez, I wanted to thank you so much for knowledge on not only putting the bike together, but for showing how to operate the buttons, Odometer, trip mode, etc. 😊 I love the Keteles xf 4000 it's so nice to ride
Hotdog we got a Cheezy weiner! We had a young kid that was about 17 or 18 years old working with us for a while that saved up and bought himself one of the more expensive e-bikes. From what he said he paid about $3,500 for his which came with two batteries, had full alloy wheels and the road tires on it looked like something off of a small motorcycle. It even had a built-in alarm that would go off if anyone even farted next to it. He loved it a lot, it was his main transportation into work since he just lived right in town like me and he didn't own a car. One of the older guys that works in receiving that's been with the company for a few years also rides an e-bike into work as well. His isn't as fancy as what the kid bought but he has a bicycle trailer hooked to his that he puts his groceries in come pay day. He pretty much uses his like it was his car. He also lives right here in town and will walk to work in the summer as well. Since he's an older guy he pretty much has nowhere to go and all day to get there. :)
@@MotoCheez Indeed. They're very popular in my area. But it also makes some people who should know better get into the habit of abusing them. Trying to use them as a motorcycle replacement and riding them where they don't belong. Besides the miss-use from those that are careless e-bikes have their place. :)
Looks like it would be a good beach cruiser.. Would you buy this over say the others that you have experance with? It being a 2 wheel drive? thx...@@MotoCheez
@captsam54 would definitely be an awesome beach cruiser, the power lines are nothing but beach sand and actually even pounded finer into sugar sand. After driving a dual hub e bike that's absolutely my preference if I was going to buy one
Many of these e-bike companies use the same parts on their bikes, so if you do a quick search on Amazon for 23 amp hour ebike battery you'll see there's many available Just with different name brand

Hi. Have enjoyed a few of your video's, you're countryside an climate are so different to here in Broadstairs South East England although I am near a beach too. I was wondering if you could tell me if you still have the Keteles ebike an if you do, how is it holding up after 4 months of use as I'm thinking of getting just a rear wheel drive one? Hope lifes treating you good. Be well. Pete.
In the next video I did do that, but I'm not sure it came out as good as I wanted it to. I just don't like the camera angle with it on the top of my bike helmet. Top speed single motor only was 25 mph As far as hills are really aren't any here in Florida, but I did drive the back of my property where I made some roads cut through and there is a small sandhill
Now that one there you can use one of your other batteries and put on the battery blender .. Toss it in a bag on the rear. Need some XT 60 connectors and the pigtail from the donor battery .. Or rail and mount from another bike.
@@MotoCheez I think that dual hub is really worth the price. Would be nice even to buy an aftermarket extra 20 ah battery for $400- $450. Flat rectangle one with a connector already on it for a battery blender. Battery combiner is like $60 . That thing would be an all day 30 mph bike then.. Tackle any hills you have . You could mount the battery blender on the rack near the battery bag or box you put the battery inside.
I want to mount a plate onto my rack and put a harbor freight or Husky heavy duty tool box on the plate with nuts and bolts going through the bottom of the lockable tool box to the underside of the plate minted on the rack. Then put my extra 30 ah 52V battery inside the tool box. With room to put a tool kit. Flat repair tools and electric pump. And junk .
