Glenn's speech certainly broke my heart. This band gave us so many great moments and so many emotions throughout all of their music, Judas shall live forever, nothing is going to change that. Watching all of them plus K.K and Les was such a special moment we won't ever forget, they certainly have proved us there's no such thing when it comes of being a member of the Judas Priest family. Thanks and thanks to Dave Holland and Ripper Owens for the time both stayed in the band in all of those years performing and writing amazing music.
And thanks to the guys for allowing Richie to stay there and perform. He totally deserved it and he's certainly a huge part of what Judas is today. Big shoes to fill and he was able to make it, hats off.
@@mgomez5606 Let me tell you something about Glenn. I felt sorry for him when he got sick. He almost cried during an interview and begged for messages. I thought I'd write him some poetry. This went on for a while, but there was no reply. As soon as I stopped, Halford begged me to continue, because "Glenn loves his fans passionately and your letters mean the world to him, they're such a thrill." I told him I'm not a fan, I'm a woman. So, Glenn never replied but felt entitled. Not only that - it seems he believes there's some love story happening in his head. I've been a Priest fan for decades never really listened to the Ripper Owen's years but why did they invite Les Binks which only drummed for 3 years but didn't invite Ripper which was a member for 6 years
@@rickidregg2888 There is considerable doubt anymore about Dave's guilt. One of the people involved on the 'victim's' side has come forward and said it was a setup. At the end of the day though, I guess we'll never know.

Without Ripper Judas Priest might have not been able to keep moving on up until now. They might have been just an occasional band when Rob Halford felt like it.
Agreed, but nobody cares about him, including (and especially) Judas Priest. They have erased him from their history. They don't even have the albums they made with him on sale in their internet merch store.

David Cassidy on speed.

God bless Glen , KK and every member of Judas Priest past and present including Ripper. And Thank You.
JUDAS PRIEST BEST METAL BAND BRAVO ❤❤❤
When KK walked up to the podium, Glenn looked like he wanted to throw his trophy at him. LOL.
Pathological envy of Glenn for KK is what broke this band.
