My budget hack was to have lunch in a restaurant, you can get a two-course meal with a drink for 11 euros and then just have a small meal in the evening. You can eat for 20 euros per day and eat very well too!

Great info! Is regular insurance coverage from the US accepted in France? ( Blue Cross/ Blue Shield & etc)? This video was very helpful! I've only experienced Paris as a tourist, but it is my favorite city in Europe! Marseille is my second favorite! ( great food prices) ! I'm passing this info on to my grandson, he's looking forward to possibly living in Europe in the future, maybe as a university student???? Thank you!!!!

This may be more of a niche topic, but I would love to know more about universities age limit restrictions, ie: music, theatre degrees age limits as someone who’s nearly 30 & would love to get my bachelors degree in theatre. I’m finding in France in particular that’s a little difficult to do at my age, unless I’m translating websites incorrectly. I know that you’ve mentioned you are an actress as well, have you or are you majoring in that field?

the education costs is very misleading, its basically free if you know french, English degrees are 10k minimum

The premise of this portion of the video is to talk about what life in France can be like if you’re interested in higher learning. It’s expected that most degrees in France are conducted in the French language. Nothing misleading about that! 😊 In any case, you can find university degree programs that are well under the 10k price point in France that are conducted in the English language. While they’re not plentiful. It is still very much possible.
