Beautiful coat on that dog and you did it justice ... great job!...my only question is ...do you trim the hair that goes in the dog's mouths? ( not just this one , in general)
I’ve got a young Australian labradoodle who’s almost a year and a half. He’s never been to the groomers as we try to do it at home. The trouble is, he hates being brushed and always hides his paws. He acts like he’s in pain even when I use the back side of the brush, quite a dramatic pup. The clippers we have are not working and more so flatten his hair rather than cutting it. I have no clue why. Will buying a new blade fix this issue? I’m also on the hunt for good thinning shears within $20-$30 (CAD) not sure what to go for. Anything you recommend? I’d like to add that he’s not a giant matt (Yet, at least.) but if he continues his behaviour towards brushing, he will be. He never bites me but he cries, growls, snaps at the brush, and squirms. PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE!
Espero haberte ayudado 🤩🐕 Le puedes hacer mucho daño.
When blow drying, you should ALWAYS blow downward, in the direction you want the hair to hang! As if you’re blow drying your own hair, you don’t blow it straight up
It prevents all that cross cutting lines you see in the video, saves time, and is safer. You should also put your hand under the flap where the belly meets the thigh, so you don’t catch it with the clippers! Safety first!
Happy doggie wagging his or her tail then gets the aggressive blow dry and starts to cry a little then no longer wags tails buts nicely tolerates grooming like cockapoos tend to do. I just love cockapoos. I miss my Cockapoo Chester, whose been gone a long time.
Beautifully done 🤍💞💞🌺he was such a great sport.mine however is shorter than him.when I groom him all over his body,he is fine.but when I get ready to trim around his face and mouth,he attempts to bite the scissors.i don't get it.but he loves his baths
Thanks!
