The owner has bought this poor mama dog in now because he wants to make sure that she looks in a decent state for potential buyers of her puppies. Breeders like this should be banned from having anything to with animals for life. This is just business to him. Disgusting. The authorities should be ashamed and sued for dereliction of duty.

It's the government's fault in all countries for not making breeding animals for profit or any other reason really illegal. Sadly the leaders of most countries all of them have no compassion for animals whatsoever. All of the citizens of the countries would have to write letters facts email text call on a daily basis every one of the people in charge and scream and holler and berate them and insist on those laws being passed and not only passed but enforced because this is animal abuse and there are laws against animal abuse but do you see any any policemen lawyers judges doing their jobs by resting these people charging them and putting them in jail. Think of that little mother how she was even able to give birth I don't know because the fur probably had grown over her private areas it's disgusting a horrific abuse

Can the dept of animal welfare inspect the location where these dogs are kept? Even if they won't do anything because the people take the dogs to the groomer, the place where they are kept must be filthy, and a visit could shut these awful people down.

I have a neighbor that loves her 3 dogs, but she never bathes them or grooms them. They are just as bad as this dog! I would like to know who to call anonymous to rescue them! The dogs need help!
@@tamaraleausa2964 if you call your local shelter, they may be able to tell you who best to call in your area. Dogs, cats any animals that are confiscated are usually brought to the shelter.

If so, the shelter may also know of programs that may help them with caring for their dogs so they can keep them I hope you make the call and good luck to you and the poor dogs.

Because dogs are considered property in every state, and the owners are allowed to do what they want with their property. If they are registered, those organizations don't care either. There's no oversight about the condition of the dogs or the puppies. As long as the paperwork is correctly filled out and the fee enclosed, they'll get registered so the cycle can continue. You cant blame the animal control agencies either. Their hands are tied by antiquated laws. Work to change the laws, and vote every time one comes up on the ballot. Every pet deserves better treatment than to be 'property'.
Knowing that this girl came from a BREEDER … This is why it’s so important to ask to see the mother of the pup you are purchasing and ask to see the environment. If everyone did this, it would be a big deterrent to BREEDING. And seriously consider going to a local shelter. There are plenty dogs; all sizes and colors and breeds. Some msg be older. Don’t let that turn you aware. Older dogs are house broken and trained. They also are VERY lovable and GRATEFUL. There are puppies too. So seriously consider a shelter dog. 🐩 🐕🐕🦺🐶👍💞❤️🌟. I agree. For 20 years I have been trying to fight for neglected dogs, and depending on what county things happen in you can tell that some places they just don’t care. There’s nothing wrong if someone isn’t a dog person, but we have way too many people that like the idea of having a dog, but after two weeks, the dog spends the rest of its life completely neglected. I don’t know why people that know they don’t want to take care of the dog that grown every time they even have to go and feed the dog won’t just find a new home for them. There are millions of us all over the country willing to help. I’m on my third rescue dog now I can only have one dog at a time where I live but yes, I agree there needs to be laws for pet owners. I’m not saying we should have people just have their privacy. Invaded just to see if everything’s OK but if something is reported, I do believe the authorities should have the right to do a welfare check on the animals.

YES! They neglect them and when it’s time to sell the puppies they get the dog groomed and looking good since people will want to see the mom. Puppy mill breeders will sell puppies way too soon also. It’s horrible.

I am so impressed with the way you cared for her & the love and attention you showed to her. I don’t have any pets but I do try to put scraps out for them to eat. I buy some cat food from time to time to feed to the kitties that come to visit now & then. God bless you, her & her puppies. Wow, she is ready for a dog show & I bet she would win.
Poor girl. It really upset me to watch this video. Our laws evidently are not serving these babies. I’ve been a vet tech for over 30 years. Breeders are especially negligent. I if the new owners of the building painted over that BEAUTIFUL painting of your dog. You are teaching us and doing a great job taking care of the dogs put in your care. I liked the van you had and when you lived in a long term hotel. I can understand why you went back to having a shop & living in house. It better for you, your daughter & your personal fur baby's. That hotel was nice but the space was so limited.

A late comment-new viewer. I worked at a Humane Society for about 4 years.Each month, we had a therapist come in to speak with us and reiterate that what happens, is not our fault. I did adoptions, and also rode with our retired volunteer cop on some days…We did retrieve some animals due to consent forms esp. if tied to a tree etc. Not a good time…once a backyard breeder is talked out of continuing, another dog/cat just takes its place…and the cycle continues. TMI, but more often than not, a neglected dog is found, there is often child abuse occurring. All we could do was notify DCS… So, Marybeth, I understand your frustration and anger. Keep on doing your best to comfort these babies, like you said, it may be all they get. Thanks so much for sharing and your talent, Emma

My Aunt and her family used to raise Police Dogs in Chilliwack BC Canada.
- I know of some people who would IMMEDIATELY FIND A WAY to take both the dog, pups (and any other abused animals) away from this disgusting puppy mill‼️

Friend of mine tried reporting her neighbors, and basically the laws, at least where she is, is that the dog has to have a dog house or a shelter, and the dog has to I believe have water anything else is considered fine. This dog was chained to a lead chain in the floor so tightly that he couldn’t go anywhere, her state is just passed chain law so that maybe they can go after this person but it’s really sad. It’s actually what it’s come down to. It was kind of this underground thing where people are not getting help for dogs that are being mistreated and now and now the only way to get them out of harms way is to literally no joke. This is actually I have was not involved, but is having people come and take the dogs and give them to somebody else to take care of them. it’s really sad but that’s literally in my state but it’s come to a couple of times , I currently have my house hat whose owners got divorced and decided that they didn’t want her or Newport kittens so they threw them outside the snowstorm to die. Unfortunately they weren’t found for about a day or so and by the time my friend found them two kittens had already died. The mother had still tried was sitting there, licking the dead ones trying to get them to wake up. It was really sad , we had trouble trying to get her spayed because she was too sweet for this neuter program and long story short by the time I actually got her. She ended up being pregnant again because we couldn’t get her spayed. It was just crazy. . I don’t even know her name. I had to rename her because nobody had any idea what her name was it’s terrible, my friend rescued a pitbull fighter it had been tortured. It was really sad. It turned out to be the best dog she ever had, and it actually saved her grandchild and the snake, and also saved his puppy brother from a snake, yeah he was one of the best dogs have ever known the father. The dog was so aggressive that they had to put them down. He actually ripped out all of his teeth when they tried to put him in the cage and he would think the other would probably spend 20 years in jail no , he got like a year probation. Unbelievable you literally have to kill a dog to even be arrested. It’s so sad laws need to change.

I can't even imagine how filthy the cage she's in is probably no betting or anything for her. This kind of abuse to an innocent animal is so horrific that there aren't any words to describe the evil of the owners who do this and I hope that someday they have to experience the same situation they have put these animals through😢😢😢

Thank you for bringing awareness to people on this. It might seem like you are fighting a losing battle, but you got a lot of people talking about the issue with this one beautiful act of kindness and I know that the dogs will feel better if the owners at least feel safe bringing them in to you. I think people who go to breeders rather than a shelter should probably understand that there is a good risk that they will be helping continue this sort of practice. Animals really shouldn't be a business, not like that. The ones left unwanted in shelters are a testament to how little we seem to care about life in general. They are not toys. Again, thank you, you are doing fantastic work and it is a pleasure to watch you.

I wonder if this is a situation where the owner is breeding for profit, and animal welfare is not a big concern. We call them puppy farms, and they're illegal, but very hard to bring a case to court . Thanks for giving this mumma such a great spa and grooming experience.

I miss grooming ,and yes these dogs that come into the shop in this condition is heartbreaking ,and kindness and pure love radiates off of me to the dog ,dogs can feel your emotions and when u are nice and calm ,and getting the job done is the best feeling ,I always kept my voice at the sane happy tone while grooming, it makes the dog calmer and sometimes the dog may be shaking the whole time, by me staying calm and my voice calm it does help the dog feel safe ,it's tragic to see any dog that's a mess ,but leave feeling years younger and they live being shaved and clean....

also a dog was given a tail for a reason but man has decided it should be cut off for some reason which i will never be able to understand i'm not religeous but a lot of people are surely they don't think it's right for instance would you cut off a part of a human just to please you certainly not so why a dog it's absolutely shocking xx

The confusion about the animal stuff is real. My chorkie got attacked by 2 pit bull/bulldog mix right before Christmas which were our neighbors fighting dogs they breed. (Yes confirmed). Turns out our county which is small but right outside the main county has no animal control (even though the cops told us to call the main). We called the main county and they said they don’t cover the smaller (us) county so we have no animal control what so ever. It’s awful and insane. We also have a convenient store right down the road and they have like 30 cats they feed. 3 cats I saw while pumping gas had an AWFUL wound. It was disgusting and obviously painful but again, the main county 2 miles away said that’s not their problem 🙄 funny the main county covers our county when money is involved. And also, why work for these departments if you truly don’t care to help. Makes no sense to me.

Thank you so much for caring the way you do. I loved that you gave her a discount so she’ll be hopefully returning. I don’t know if your allowed to say anything to the owner but I would have a very stern conversation with the owner away from any other clients and just say hey the condition she came in is totally unacceptable and if you continue to keep her in that condition and say a neighbor reports you they can take her away from you. That way she knows she can’t keep her in that kind of condition, it’s neglect.
