That's quite an interesting experience! It’s surprising how medication regulations can vary so much from one country to another. The situation with baby aspirin needing a prescription and the limitation on Atorvastatin dosage are good examples of these differences. It's always a good idea to check local regulations when traveling and ensure you have enough medication for your trip.
We're glad you were able to replace your prescriptions without too much hassle. If you have any concerns about your medication or dosage, make sure to consult your healthcare provider once you're back home. Stay healthy and safe on your travels!

I am not 100%, but it seems I heard or read that statins are banned in Japan. You can bring them in for personal use, but they are not prescribed.
If you find the variance of medication regulations country to country interesting. You should look into the crap the FDA authorities food manufacturers to add into our food that is banned in most other countries.

Try 'White Willow Bark', natural aspirin that will thin your blood.

Aspirin thins the blood and keeps blood from clotting. It can be used to help prevent heart attacks and blockages in the arteries but consult your pharmacist or Cardiologist before starting a daily dose. If you are already on blood thinner meds it could cause you to bleed. Also, it can upset your stomach and cause bleeding internally.

Don't use a nasal decongestant, pick you nose instead, go to the bathroom where you can't be seen.
