Thank you so much for this video-it’s super helpful! I wanted to share something I’ve found to be incredibly beneficial for health and well-being. It’s called Falun Gong (also known as Falun Dafa). It’s a mind-body practice based on the principles of 'Truth, Compassion, and Tolerance,' and I’ve seen so many people improve their health and even recover from serious illnesses through it.
Not only does it make you feel healthier physically, but it also brings peace of mind and helps you become a better person in society. It’s widely practiced in over 100 countries by hundreds of millions of people. The only place where it’s persecuted is China, where practitioners face horrible injustices like imprisonment, torture, and even organ harvesting.
I truly hope more people can benefit from Falun Gong and find the health and peace it brings. If you’re interested, feel free to check out this link for more information: faluninfo.net/. Wishing everyone good health, happiness, and peace!

@@Bat_BoyHi Bat_boy, I’m not sure why you’re mocking it. From my own experience, practicing it has significantly improved my health-I’m no longer as weak as I once was. My temperament has also gotten better, and I feel like I’ve become a better person overall. I’ve seen many people around me, including those who were once addicts or involved in crime, transform into kind, compassionate individuals through this practice. It’s also helped people recover from serious conditions like diabetes, digestive problems, and even cancer. This practice is taught in over 100 countries, with hundreds of millions of practitioners. Unfortunately, it faces heavy suppression in China, where reports of organ harvesting have emerged, likely due to the government’s atheist stance and authoritarian nature.
If you think this practice is not good, I think you may have encountered some misinformation that paints it in a negative light. I’d encourage you to stay open-minded and look at other sources so you can get a fuller, more accurate picture of it. Take care!

I did not feel I was baited on this one since it cover multiple med groups one at a time. However, I agree with you on the idea.... I have been baited on some sites with a good hook, and then have to listen 30 minutes of tripe - as the channel only wishes to hold onto you for as long as possible. If I hear no rewards in 1st 5 minutes - I dive out and leave a Thumbs Down, & sometimes a neg. Comment if I feel they really deserve one. So many ppl are now making vids to convince me to begin my own channel - what's the deal with that?

When I entered the VA healthcare system I was given an initial exam with a comprehensive blood test. It showed only an elevated cholesterol and vitamin D deficiency as things out of the ordinary. The doctor prescribed a statin(Lipitor - Atorvastatin) 40 mg/day, which I took for a few months. At this time I started noticing changes in my urine, fatigue and severe leg cramps. A subsequent blood test revealed that I was in stage 2 renal failure, something that shocked me. I immediately stopped the Lipitor and adopted a low-salt, moderate protein diet and noticed over time that my kidney and muscle problems got somewhat better. I am now very careful not to ingest anything that will impose an excessive burden on my kidneys to excrete.

I recently had a kidney transplant. Three months after transplant I had life threatening shingles. I was in the hospital for 10 days and given several rounds or treatments, intravenously of Acyclovir. Had I not had it I would have died as 1/4 of my body was covered in shingles and it was in my blood. The bad thing is that they gave me Acyclovir and were not giving me fluids as nurse forgot to connect it. All of my kidney numbers, creatinine, GFR, BUN suffered, it was very upsetting. I demanded a flush of fluids and when released from hospital I continued a high intake of fluids. The following blood tests, two weeks later, showed that my kidney had recovered and my numbers were excellent. Bottom line, your kidney can heal if you temporarily need to be on these drugs. Use wisdom and drink a lot of fluids!

Video very informative… good advice… ordered a trial bottle… HOWEVER, (1) The cost of $50+ per month to continue may be too high for seniors on a very limited income, and (2) being automatically enrolled in a monthly shipment program may cause negative financial issues with seniors who forget to cancel “auto ship” if the product is not effective relieving their particular condition.
Otherwise, I hope 30 days is enough time to determine how effective this product actually is, because if it works well, it will be worth continuing.

Two tablespoons a day of ACV mixed with juice, tea (Never take straight) will help replace the acid lost to GERD medications, and 200-400 MG a day of Magnesium will prevent long-term side effects of PPIs.

I also have a kidney issue called Proteinurea. I don't know if there's any connection between that and medications.
I've taken antibiotics, not often but one course was very strong, 2 different kinds at the same time, for covid related bronchitis. I also developed kidney stones.
I haven't taken a lot of meds, don't drink, never smoked, exercised (until recently) and have a healthy diet.
Now, I'm looking back at medications, wondering if they had long lasting effects. BP meds, for example.
No one mentioned side effects about Naproxen, I'm glad I stopped taking it, as it made me quite sick.
Best wishes, I hope your kidney issues are easily resolved.

This video provides important insights into medications that, while helpful, can impact kidney health, especially for people with pre-existing kidney disease. Medications such as NSAIDs, certain antibiotics, diuretics, and lithium have the potential to cause kidney toxicity, ranging from mild impairment to severe, irreversible damage. For people taking these medications, regular monitoring of kidney function is essential. Maintaining open communication with your healthcare provider is beneficial in balancing the need for medication with kidney health. A balanced lifestyle can also help reduce dependence on medications, promoting kidney health naturally.

I remember when doctors would give you a choice of a precription or diet and exersize or to lower blood pressure. Now if you walk in to a doctor with a BMI of 40 and high blood pressure they ask what pharmacy to send the precription or send you to a 'specialist' who wants to staple your stomach. Be sure to schedule a follow up visit on your way out.
