I guess I know what I will be making as gifts this coming Winter season. So glad I found this tutorial of yours. I have soooo much yarn and this pattern will be a great stash busting project for me. Very nice beanie tutorial Tiffani! These look like they will work up quick for gifts. I love the brushed yarn and the new Susan Bates hooks. They work great with this yarn. I’m currently making head band warmers with the Clay color. I think they will make great travel hooks too. TY!

I’ve watched this video multiple time. She actually goes in the first loop from hook, not the second one from hook. So which one should I actually go into?

Are you talking about on the foundation chain? That's the 2nd one. The first one is the one on your hook.
Will this pattern still work and look nice with a bulky size 6 yarn?
Could I use a 5 bulky weight? And still use the same pattern measurements?
