I have had this happen to me before, it took me literally 13 times before it finally worked. It’s a pain in the ass but I’m not sure how to truthfully stop it. Apple is no help.

. If you want to use the program to restore your device, it needs to pay a subscription. Or you can also use iTunes to restore your device which is free. And did you get the device into recovery mode or DFU mode?
FonePaw i would try dfu mode but it wouldn’t detect my phone, i just need to get it undisabled and it doesn’t matter if the data is deleted
@@josereyavila did you follow the guide and make you device into DFU mode before you connect the device to computer? If you're sure that everything does correctly and the computer cannot detect your iPhone, it might be some hardware problems with it. Then, you need to go to Apple Store and do some fix.

. Because your iPhone is disabled, the iTunes cannot get access from your iPhone. And if you remember the passcode, you can try to restore your iPhone in recovery mode without erasing the data, but it won't 100% work. If it doesn't work, you have to reset your iPhone with losing data.

Great video, i have a problem with a disabled iphone that will not connect to my PC. When in recovery mode and connect to PC itunes does not see the phone. My fiance already aquired a new phone because it was old and broken, we are just trying to recover all of the data that was not backed up on the cloud. I have a new cable, tried a couple of different computers. My next move is to try a MAC hoping this works.
Im thinking the USB restricted mode has become active. What a nightmare to try and get the lost data. HELP

. If it's the connection problem, you can try to change a computer or USB cable to connect your iPhone to the computer. Or, maybe there is the hardware problem of your iPhone, you need to go to Apple Store to fix it.

My 7 year old grandson was walking around the house & grabbed my iPhone 5s. Somehow he got into the settings really quick & turned on, ''Find My iPhone". I caught that & disabled it. I needed to transfer the 4,035 picture's & video's I had on my iPhone. Not sure what else he clicked on but after 4 hours I finally transferred all of them which I believe that was why I couldn't update my iPhone in the 1st place, since the phone only had 1.5GB of free space left. Another thing was I allowed iTunes to download & install an iTunes update, ''MISTAKE"..... After that happened, I couldn't do anything with the iPhone. It never finished the iTunes update & also it was locked up. I hardly ever update iTunes and to matters even worse, I couldn't repair the version of iTunes, so I deleted it & installed another new version that wouldn't work, [iTunes 12.1. 36]. In my case, I lucked out & I found an even newer iTunes update version [iTunes: 12.7.2.60], so I went with that & it solved all of the issues I was having. Now I make sure to transfer all of the saved pictures from my iPhone & send them to my personal email account. As for the security features like using the fingerprint scanner & a passcode, I don't use them. The reason being is I've been using mobile phones for 19 years without any problems. Plus if you can't get into a locked device, having a fingerprint scanner issue, a passcode issue can most of the time leave you no choice but to have Apple fix it.

. If it shows that it's disabled for a long time, I recommend you to use the DFU mode or advanced mode to restore your device. But you have to know that it will erase all the data.

Hello, Murad Khan. You can try to shut down your iPhone for a while, maybe one day or two days. Then switch it on, and if it's said that is disabled, you have to restore your iPhone. But you don't need to erase data, just restore.

I tried the FonePaw thing to recover my system and I was waiting for fonepaw to complete whatever it was needed to be completed to access my phone and it didn't work.
