@@kchapmcbeast honestly I dont know. I've only tried it with 8plus and below. I havent dont any X or XR phones yet. I think it will work if the phone is just disabled not some forgotten Icloud issue. coz even if u do this method and u havent logged out your apple ID. it will still ask for it after this method. but surely it will remove the passcode.

and if my laptop sleep the download gets cancel
Just change the power settings on the laptop, to never sleep , then after you down load, you can change them back , to time out sleep mode

There are many videos like this on youtube , however When I saw "bypass" I thought this bypassed the error and let you re access your phone, instead of a restore, which is what the process is.
