Cher yelling "Enough, enough, enough" in the beginning is just, I have no words. I love her so much. Immediately calling out Joan's rack, which is awesome, and calling out Henry for looking at the whole time. Perfect. Anybody who ever says a bad word about Cher to me can just leave my life forever. She is so honest and funny and sweet.
Joan would have been a better host for The Tonight Show than Jay Leno. Her episodes always had higher ratings than Jay when they subbed for Johnny. It is pretty common knowledge that the only reason she didn't get it was because she is a woman.
Drache Mitch i grew up with Joan & Johnny and it was a perfect mix as they had different styles of comedy. While I loved Joan Rivers, I don’t know if she is everyone’s cup of tea. It seems like the networks want ‘safe’ hosts like Leno, Fallon, and even that unfunny Corden. Comedians like Joan Rivers and Norm MacDonald never get these type of late night shows because their humor is polarizing despite the fact they are 10 times funnier.

Cher was so good In that "Jimmy Dean" movie! I had heard of it, of course, but I had never seen it before. What is impressive, also, is that she is playing someone not like herself, a lot more vulnerable than Cher herself is. (Cher's other roles are more like variations on her self, I think.) I wish the audio had been better. It took me several viewings to realize that Cher's character had had a double mastectomy. I thought they'd always been able to do breast reconstructive surgery, but apparently not.
Cher...beautiful, humble, funny... I don't say it often, about anyone, however... Decades have been much nicer with her performances. Her and Tina Turner gave me the most amazing dreams I'm still smiling (guaranteed I'm not the only one). Often hoped the sadness in her eyes would go away. Still there...even today... ✌
