Oh man, at first I thought this was like a 70$-100$ figure, but when you said 160$ my jaw dropped. I think I’ll just stick with Mega Construx and Jazwares figures
The engineering is way beyond even the $70 and $80 figs I have but yeah it's a lot to put down for one guy
I can’t re attach my jazwares halo infinite master chief arm because the mould for the port is to small and the arms plug is bendy.

I dig the red energy sword aka the banished blood blade and the shock rifle including in that pack cause master Chief looks amazing holding those weapons.
Man if I had an extra $150 I would surely spend it on this guy right here, such a great piece

FYI, its on sale at Sideshow for about $100. I bought this immediately when I saw it on sale. It's the exclusive version too!

The great thing about the Jazwares Chief is you can customize him easily
180? Easy pass 100-120 is more preferable
The normal version is closer to that price, depending on where you buy it from.

Is the CE Chief worth it? I have this guy and love him, but I'm not in love with the proportions. I have all the old Play Arts too and that was my biggest issue with them too.
I don't have the CE Chief but I've heard his wrist joints are really bad. Like to the point where people had new ones custom made to replace them. And if you don't like the proportions of this version, you probably won't like the CE Chief's look since he's way more stylized.
Yea as someone who pre ordered the mk 5 MC, then saw him in a hobby shop before receiving him and got that one too, no. He isn't. The proportions are weird and slightly feminine looking, which I could've looked past if either of the figures were capable of holding their weapons without them popping off the pegs with the slightest blow of the wind. I actually enjoyed the $20 jazwares figures(the gen 3 and mk 7) way more. I waited to see if the wrist issue was fixed on this version before pulling the trigger on him. This shit looks super official tho and everything I ever wanted in a high end Master Chief.
Any idea how to stiffen the hand ball joints?
Make them a little larger with a small amount of superglue
@@DemarcationMedia only super glue? Would nail polish or little paper pieces increase friction too? Im just a bit weary using glue on him haha
Super glue is the most surefire way to fix it. Anything else runs the risk of not working and leaving damage
I was so disappointed when 343i changed the art style of the suit after everyone complained about the graphics. I loved the clean look of the armor in the first teaser and I'm so glad we get something like this to remind us of how great the armor looked before they scuffed the F out of it.
I do like the battle-damaged look, but the clean sharp edges of this version is just too good
God if only I had $150 - $200 to spend on plastic... I'm a horrible spender
