The DJI Pocket 2 has improved what was bad on the first generation of Osmo Pocket. For me it's a full product now. Is there anything else you'd like to see improved maybe in a third generation? Let me know I'm super curious!
I updated the latest firmware yesterday, now we have HDR, story mode and several other improvements on Mic and gimbal. Super love it! Thank you for sharing this 👍👍👍
Can I make a phone call on the osmo and use it in a down pour? Yes with more accessories but not the phone call. Just an example of course. As far as that style of camera goes then I agree with you but not on price depending on what you need/want one for, It's defiantly not the best for everyone. Example; All I wanted was a camera of similar abilities but just to be used for the active tracking. This is for short B roll segments, small clips at a few seconds long edited with clips from a few different main cameras. The FiMi Palm serves this purpose and serves it well and at £129.00 was a better choice for me. For what I needed/wanted, there was no competition.
I agree the audio from the Pocket 1 left a lot of room for improvement! Good thing they fixed that issue on Pocket 2. Being able to direct where you can get the sound from when recording under Pro Mode is awesome. Stunning shots by the way.
Pro Mode is an amazing feature. Among other things, it lets you pick from which direction the device will capture sound. My greatest complaint about the Osmo Pocket 1 was crappy sound quality. This pretty much resolves it along with the other stuff like the wireless mic. I hope that it's included in the standard box, though.

Well done - an insightful presentation! When shooting in the photo mode, and zooming out to 8x, there was a noticeable loss of image sharpness - the archway looked very noisy. I surprised that you didn't comment on this. Does image quality fare better in sunlight areas when zoomed into 8X? Thanks.
I got the Anamorphic lens for my OG Osmo Pocket. Do the old lens fit the new Osmo? I do think that the Anamorphic lens is a much better look than those so called wide angle action camera look.
You said the focus is set and can not be manually adjusted???? I like the ability to set the Focus and have for and background blurred out. I use my pocket for close up instruction type videos and need to be able to focus on objects that are within a few inches from the camera

The audio with or without the bluetooth mic is still pretty flimsy (tinny) compared with your senheiser mic. Having said that, is the dji pocket 2 compatable with other mics, from other companies?

Hi ! thanks for your nice words. About the night shots, I did not use anything specific. I shot at 25 fps 50 shutter and tried to use the available light as much as I could :) hope it helps!

I'd like to know about phone activation requirements. Does it require you to activate the device via phone registration first or can you just turn it on and start using it out of the box? What phones or android versions are required if so?

Will the new control stick work on the original Pocket? That was really my only gripe, that the control wheel was awkward on the side of the camera.

Idk but I would always get 4K cause it makes a folder for each timlaps with each 12mp pic and I would compile them in premier

You need to activate it via phone. I hate this. It gives you 5 times to skip the activation though. I was using a s9.

Which one is the most good performance on 4K60fps recording?
Buy one that has a high writing speed. We usually use sandisks extreme pro 64 or 128 gb (the black one)
