If you want to use manual PBO settings, I think you should use the initial version of BIOS for now. Personally, I prefer the latest version, so I recommend using the latest version. (For reasons such as bug fixes and security patches, just in case.)
meh, as a user of A520i I don't think this a620i is a good one. my a520i has only one M.2, too. But it also has 4 sata, so I can still add more HDDs or sata SSDs. Now I have a 500G M.2 for SYStem, a 960G sata SSD for games, and 2 HDDs for movies and family photos. Still there's another sata for future upgrade. And a 5600G runs quite good for daily use. This is my HTPC in a TT tower100 case.
Your channel is very informative to those who need to get a closer view before purchase. I have a gigabyte B650i AX motherboard which is almost identical to this one. Does this motherboard fit with the ID cooling IS 67 xt cooler with the heatsink mounted directly above the I/O? Thanks!
I can't test the B650i AX model right away, so I don't think I can give you an accurate answer. However, the IS67XT was the most compatible with the ITX motherboard among 67mm LP coolers. (It could also be installed on the Z690-I motherboard, which is known for its strict CPU cooler compatibility.)
I haven't dealt with a620i motherboard much yet, so it's hard to recommend it. I'm going to deal with more diverse products and review them.@@sobangcha3042
to overclock the cpu, alot of options are disabled in the a620, but saying that i will be picking a micro atx a620 and putting a 7700x as in gaming the vrm's are more than enough.
just got this for 8700g but is not booting i followe the quick flash but just stay solid light up teh usb stick no light turn on on m,obo and no flash nothing been like that for mor ethe 10 min
The information I can give you is to support the Ryzen 8000 series from the F22b beta bios version. For flashback functions, it would be faster to contact the Gigabyte Customer Center.

A620 is supposed to have overclocking disabled but I see plenty of options in the bios... So I'm just confused now
No manual OC but PBO2 works as normal

So what are the main reasons people would prefer a b650i over an a620i? I'm curious.
Different people may have different reasons, but usually they choose the upper chipset motherboard for functional scalability.

I had the same issue. Turned out to be the ram. This MB only supports up to 5600MT/s
is this board can do under volting?
Gigabyte removed PBO feature on Latest update. Not sure about undervolting though
