While I don't expect your tier list to be objective at all, and I respect your opinions, there's a bit of criticism to be had.
1. Scientific Department is:
- Defenseless (unless you buy the Glock gamepass, O5 gamepass, or get a gun from Alex)
- Often breaches more SCPs than the CI
- Tends to auth the more rowdy Class-D who always try to riot
- Used to auth whole squads of Class-D before the CI update
- Often blocks Foundation players' shots in S2 or S3
And overall has no reason to be higher than Nu-7 or SD. Basically a worse MD whose only purpose is to be lore relevant.
2. Nu-7 and their XM250 tend to be a neutral, solid team for Foundation players. MTF generally has a bad spawn location, but the team's perk is more useful on average than Beta-7. Although I don't have upgraded MTF, the upgraded Nu-7 perk also looks pretty good.
3. For their purpose and general lack of relevance, Security Department isn't bad. They have a decent gun, their spawn allows them instant access to CDC or the CR/TR corridor (via Janitorial Closet), and their upgraded perk helps during riots. Should be moved to B-Tier at least, above ScD and MD.
4. Although Medical Department's better than ScD, they're still sitting ducks without a weapon. Their Medkit having a cooldown between uses also prevents them from tanking damage, since good players can kill them faster than they can heal. Both teams should probably go to low B-Tier or C-Tier, assuming F2P gameplay and no weapons from Alex.
5. ISD is a solid B-Tier. Even with a decent spawn (it shares the same one with IA) and red NVGs, it has a slightly worse gun, unreliable perk, and loses to an equally skilled IA. Heat Tracker and vent breach notifs simply help more than being able to flag enemies for a few seconds on cams, where you're vulnerable to being a free kill.
6. The only good part about the Administrative Department is their Tablet. Without it, they can be wholly replaced by S3 motion sensors, and nothing would be lost. Utterly useless team perk, a Prestige 3 perk that most don't know how to use properly, and overall no remarkable qualities. The gun's decent, though.
7. Beta-7 would be better off as a low A-Tier or high B-Tier just for how infrequently you'd use its team perk. Good gun, but without an infection outbreak, it's just an unremarkable combatant team. (I won't comment about its usefulness in surviving Daybreak, since I never use it during that event.)
I actually played with ISD today, ngl, I got more kills with the MPX then any team I’ve ever played with (in one session)
I agree with basically all you said. Beta-7 is super unpratical for normal gameplay, and SCD is only even used by people who are new or who are seriously roleplaying.
1. Like I said, MPX's a weaker Kriss. It's good for 1v1s if you know how to use it, but it falls flat if you fight more.
2. Hellion's a great gun, but Beta-7 has no use unless there's an outbreak or you're going ULTRAKILL mode during Daybreak. What you said about ScD's true in my experience as well.

9:37 Agreed, NTF is the best MTF team, that's why I have like 630xp, On every other MTF team I have 180-200xp.

I love the Rapid Response Team (RRT) so much I rate it s tier because if you use it as a 05 you can equip a vest that will make all of your guns for example the minigun makes you slow and not able to run fast but with this 05 vest you will be able to run fast with the minigun equiped

as an a-1 main with 3,000 overflow xp I'm taking things a little personal lol. But I've been recentlly playing class D and it's really fun just bullying inexperienced foundation staff
At L3 prestige of AD, you get a badge, but more importantly, THE :ANNOUNCE (i think. Ive only heard it from rumors) which is massive because its f2p!
It's true you can announce, also heres a tip if you wanna rank up fast (keep killing an alt account or have your friend help you by killing him in a small server)
Suggestion: Rank all teams’ upgrades
As someone whose main is Nu-7, this hurt

I sort of hate the fact in scp rp mtf are on site(Even though based to wiki they get deployed when needed only to the site)

D Tier - Medical Department (just way too boring in my opinion, plenty of other roles to play)
C- Tier - Intelligence Agency (Honestly the worst combatant in the game imo)
C+ Tier - Scientific Department (Pretty meh in my opinion, some things is fun)
B- Tier - Security Department
(Pretty standard, some ups and downs)
B+ Tier - MTF Teams
(A-1 and Nu-7 is decent)
A- Tier - Administrative Department (Really fun to play)
A+ Tier - Class-D (Love when escaping the facility, also really fun)
S- Tier - Rapid Response Team (Best combatant team, love it when your fast)
S+ Tier - Chaos Insurgency

I main security department I love it because our spawn is right next to control transformers class d sector 3 transformers control room medical bay and science laboratory basically everything. And our gun is okay better than the Kriss vector.

A common reason is that the CI look at 096's face to breach him, run to 008, leading him there to their death.

For my tier list is cd to S tier scd is B tier sd is B tier all the mtf are A tier IA is S tier ISD is A tier I think but I don't know rrt is A tier ci is S tier bc it is fun to make chaos MD is B ad is C tier yea I hate ad
ISD is a low A or high B tier because of how underwhelming its perk is. Cams don’t cover all important areas of the Site, enemy markers have a limited time and range, and the ISD is a sitting duck while they’re watching cams. Although ISD works best in conjunction with IA, a good IA can replace a good ISD. As for rogues, they’re not enough of a problem to require a dedicated ISD player.
