Since I left that comment I have figured out the notes/frets that Tommy is playing, but I have been stuck on the technique of playing something complicated like that so fast. Your advice is very helpful, and I appreciate it very much lol, and that video was something i forgot about, it was for my calculus class haha

Well the way I see it: 1) "It never hurts to help". ~Eek the Cat. 2) We could all benefit if we positively helped each other more in creative endeavors. Who will be the next Bach or Becker? You never know who you're helping.

@@thrashnbash314 It is SO gratifying to know that you know who/what that is! I'm also a huge fan of the Peanuts. By the way, the intro theme with the manic sweep arpeggios at the end also made a HUGE impact on me at the time. I might cover that one of these days!
I do own a Charvel Pro Mod DK24HH, but since your comment is on THIS video... What I'm playing is a Schecter Sun Valley Super Shredder in Lambo Orange. I no longer own this guitar.
@@YeOldeGuitarDude Although upon re-watching, I see that you were sliding back up to the starting note with index finger. An on mine I was doing a stretch with my big ol' hands, from pinky to middle finger for last two notes, then landing on index at starting note. I suspect your way is more efficient.
Hence the part in the title "(spiraling vortex) part". I made this video because I was asked to, but I also do a full cover of this song.@@profanepropane
If you search in my channel, you'll see I've covered 3 tunes by them. I usually just play or cover what I feel like learning and playing that day. Maybe at some point I'd like to cover something older. So, we'll see. @@profanepropane

I do love how helpful you try to be. Granted, its up to the other person to take that help/advice or not, but still. Great stuff.
