I have what might seem like a superficial comment, but here goes. I so admire how you present yourself and how put together you are. Your clothes appear nice and neat. And I always see you wearing jewelry. And it changes. You are traveling in a van with limited space and yet you have thought out your appearance needs, too. This is something I struggle with but am working on. And I am making progress. A young girl I follow on You-tube advises preparing for the gym same as you prepare for going out in the evening. Make-up, hair, jewelry. I've noticed that when I make the effort to look nice, if I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror, ( I wash my hands a lot) I look happier. Huh. There's a deeper message there that I hope others don't miss. My mother grew up during the depression and her mother used to tell her, "We may be poor, but we can still afford soap and water and a needle and thread." I think you embody that mentality of this situation may not be the ideal or norm, but dang it, I am going to present myself well. Thanks Lulu for how well you entertain, enlighten, inspire and broaden our horizons.

I’ve always believed that when I make an effort to “put my best foot forward” it helps me to connect with others better, as I’m not feeling self conscious about my appearance....whether that means makeup and full on hairdo for a person is completely personal choice; of course.., but for me, being clean and fresh, liking what I’m wearing, enjoying my favorite pieces of jewelry, and expressing my personal style always makes me feel better, and on days when I don’t feel so well, just that process lifts my spirits. I think when we choose to lift our own spirits, it shines through and can help lift others, too. And you never know when someone REALLY needed that!
PS I love your grandmothers’ saying... about the soap n water, needle n thread. I agree with her 💯 p!!

Congratulations on the interview, Lulu! Will definitely stay 'tuned' for that event. I have a custom hot cereal recipe for my cold Canadian mornings that I mix up in quantity and store in the fridge. It's a blend of organic grains, seeds, dried fruit and spices that I bring to a boil and then let sit covered until the grains are soft but not mushy. Dollop of plain yogurt, and YUM! Nothing better than a tasty, healthy breakfast, as you know. A handful of supplements with coffee, and the day starts off exactly right. Hope you had a blissful Monday, and all goes well on Saturday. 🥰

How exciting to interview with Bob Wells. My husband and I have been sort of following you in reverse in our motorhome. We stayed 2 nights in Prescott at a National Forest just outside of town. It was beautiful. Then we went over the mountain though Jerome. (Very interesting little town.) to Flagstaff and into New Mexico. We are now at a great State Park in Oklahoma. We are going as far as Missouri. Then who knows.

To charge your Bluetti AC200P faster, have you considered using a DC to DC booster converter? It charges through your van battery 4 to 5 times faster. You will get around 500 watts input to your Bluetti. Jasonoid has a video about it and he shows all the testing and numbers. The title to his video is Charge your powerstaion in your car FASTER. Might solve your power station charging struggles without having to add any more solar. Viktron sells one with a built-in cooling fan for around $150. Have a blessed day and enjoy the great weather.

Ohhhhh Lulu. My attempt at your sweet potato French toast was a disaster. My bad, though. Not yours. I made the mistake of putting the sweet potato in the Instant Pot!!!Shall we say MUSH? I am like you in that I do not waste food, so I called it mashed French toast. It tasted ok, but it looked like it had been eaten the day before and regurgitated!!! I’ll try again, but that was a real mess. I don’t have a toaster oven. I’ll use my air fryer to bake the potato next time. I love your channel. We have a lot in common; although I’m 15-16 years older. I joined our gym yesterday so maybe I’ll become as agile as you.

I had 3 Bluettis (700, 200ac, 200max) , I use 200max for microwave 5 minutes per day and dead within a year and swapped twice with the same problem. Every one of them were decrees 20% power without plug anything every morning within one year. And it would be totally dead if you update the system. I really don’t have any hope for this brand anymore!
with your experiences, I would lose hope for the brand too. fortunately I've had a great experience with my one AC200P!

When Installing solar systems for houses I had to set them at an angle to maximize the solar input. You don't get that when the panels are flat. Your maximum exposure will be from about 10:00 to 2:00 O wonder if that is your issue. Could you use a panel in series to the others to help out. I liked your old sweet potato breakfast better minus the goji berries.
I realize the best set up would be solar panels that tilt, but I don't have that. I'm figuring it out and my solar guy has options for me! YAY!!

Why can you not charge when driving? I just asked about this in a group. You can’t plug in to charge when the car is off or it could blow the battery. But when the car is running it should work.
yes, when the car is running I can charge, but it still does not bring in enough.

i tried the white sweet potato
for the first time. not really a fan, it’s very dense, unlike an orange sweet potato and it didn’t have any carmelization the way a baked orange sweet potato would. do you eat the orange ones?
I eat the orange ones only if I can't find the white ones. I prefer the density of the white ones with some sweet.

After watching one of your videos, I researched the 12 dirty foods. I found that several articles I read said that soaking the 12 in soda water (2 tsp in a bowl of water) for 10 minutes will remove most of the pesticides. Pears was on that list.
