Thank you so much for these excellent tips! As a PhD student, I've always thought that planning for the week and month ahead was the best way to go, but I almost always end up frustrated that I haven't been able to achieve the goals I've set for myself. Your ideas really helped me reconsider my strategy.
This video came at the right time… I'm currently a fourth year PhD candidate and very behind with working in my dissertation because I don't have good time management strategies. I love what you said about starting with an early win and then building upon that throughout the day. Thank you for this insightful video!
Great video, it highlights a great point in communicating Ph.D.'s daily worries. I do find it sometimes difficult to respond to people every time someone asks me how many years left do I have in my candidature. But as you've mentioned, reframing my reaction on it helps, along with other points you've mentioned such as self care, routine, etc. ^_^
“Going for a walk” is what has got me through life and education since GCSEs
Great advice ! Even applies to someone not doing a PHD. Thank you for sharing.

'Relax into work' is what he said. Nice!
This was really useful and you are really good at explaining it. Thank you.
