Has nothing to do with the Funko market has the fact to do with that PPG as updated prices across the board. Some pops haven't had a price adjustments in months.
PPG STILL doesnt have all their pops updated. Dame is selling for $15 on ebay(an auto sold for $200 and its price is inflated because of it) and Danny Phantom has been selling consistently for 60-70 for months(after initial hype)
Like all collectables unless they are super rare, going through a popularity spike (movie release or something) or they have a printing error. They won't hold value.
I figured the Dame pop would drop 100 but not a 130 bucks. I think a lot has to do with what he hasnt done with the Bucks. I collect pops but only ones that i like. I like Marvin the Martian so i would get a pop of his. I like Giannis and i got a Dame pop with his Bucks jersey. I collect things that are meaningful to me so if they drop in price its not a lot of pain when yiu find out they dropped like these pops did
What did you expect I’ve said it multiple times collectibles only start increasing in value after the 15 or 20yr old mark and funko would sell these for those prices straight from factory if worth $50 funko would have $50 retail price tag it wouldn’t go from retail of $15 to $100 right after you buy it. Dude your my age seriously 1980’s toys didn’t earn value until late 1990’s or early 2000’s!!! No way that these pops are worth more than a 40 yr old collectible!!!!!
PPG is there for MB companies to make money. they arent there for the collectors. they manipulate prices and dont update prices so they can be included in mystery boxes as "value"

The reason the dame list so much money was bc animetasia had multiples for sell over the last year for.....50 bucks. Thats why it dropped

A company called Animetasia sold a bunch for $50 that is why it crashed.

riddler - 25, Scott - 40, Dame - 15 (autos were sold that inflated value), Danny - 65 (PPG never updated this so price was inflated)

Because only some are rare. There are not many collections out there that are worth a ton of money when they are a literal dime a dozen .

Probably because a lot of people that got into the hobby during the pandemic have cooled on it.
