This video has helped me with my preparations for the GL Assessment CAT4. Tomorrow - I am going to complete this test in order to get in Year 9 next year. I really love studying but this test is very hard, even though I usually like tests. I am Level F, and I really hope I pass! Have a great evening.

@@MamasGenius When do you recommend me to revise as last time I done the test I revised a week before and got 111 :(, I will let you know if I passed the test and get into grammar (Im level F btw)

I would keep revising as much as you can, until one day before the exam. I recommend focusing on the topics you struggle with because that's where you can make the biggest impact and improve your score.

Which question types did you find harder and what test level do you need to take?

I found it all quite good but im having trouble with the number analogies do u have any tips?

@@mayabdelmeguid102 Sure, here's the most straightforward method:
First, check the connection between the numbers on the first pair on the left. Start with basic addition/subtraction/multiplication/division.
Then, check if the same connection exists in the second pair. If not, it must be a two-step calculation. In most cases, the first step out of the two will be multiplication/division and then subtraction/addition.
After you find this connection using a two-step calculation, check it on the second pair. Finally, apply it to the third pair to find the correct answer.
I know it looks a bit complicated, but the more you practice the more you get better at these and start identifying the patterns quickly.
