CNN is being flooded with lawsuits, in the past few years CNN been getting lawsuits after lawsuits for defamation and for bunch of other thing's. Even Amazon is threatening to sue CNN because they are having problems with CNN highjacking the Amazon website stealing money to donate to Kamala Harris campaign so Amazon been asking everyone not to buy anything off of Amazon until they get it everything straightened out because of it.

SCOTUS already ruled on this.
