      Maybe I'm wrong, tax cut money for Elon Musk & other billionaires would come from the money DOGE 'saves'. 😂Like Germany in 1933, talented people feel unsafe and are leaving the United States, no one is willing to bring money to the United States to pay for MBA programs when they see that Americans don't even know who are paying the tariffs. The destination for talents to come will be the BRICS organization with more than 3 billion people from its current members, including the vast resources and land on Earth, and it is expanding with many countries applying and awaiting approval for membership. Turkey is considering to join the BRICS. Next will be Hungary,... Saudi Arabia will sell oil and exchange goods directly with them. The BRICS countries don't need the U.S. market with nearly 300 million people, which is too small in comparison with expanding BRICS market. Xi just talked in European business conference and conviced Europe to expand free trade with BRICS. Three weeks ago, they launched the NDB and very soon, when countries stop selling products to the US for USD, the USD-based market will increasingly shrink to a breaking point, everyone who has assets and income (salary or whatever) attached to USD will see them lose everything. Meanwhile, billionaires (who are not talents and don't invent anything) like Elon Musk, Peter Thiel, Bitcoin tycoon, Trump,... are pumbing bubble assets and their useless stocks/memes/cryptocurrencies which can be easily cracked by Chinese quantum computers, sucking real money from people with huge tax cut for them and transfer to assets in BRICS' market. Just go out the world and see for yourself how world economy is running aside US and how they're looking at Americans now. We discriminate immigrants (coming from around the world) and sure they won't welcome us anymore. Just pause everything for a second, take a deep breath and think between US & BRICS, which is preferable market for bosses like Elon Musk, Tim Cook and all the other billionaires in the US / Europe. By the time all Americans see USD no longer has the value they thought, the outrage will be 100 times more than it is today, and there will be people who use populist tricks to strongly incite communism, demand the redistribution of wealth by violence, and have the enthusiastic support of the people (even if the billionaires & moguls already ran away with all their wealth). That happened in Russia 1900, China 1950, Vietnam 1975, ....

I've lost two doctors, now I only have Nurse Practitioner and takes on average months to get appointments because the federal government cut 84 MILLION DOLLARS from the VA in 2024! @Delboydunno 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m sorry about your situation but your info is incorrect. It happened from 2022-2023 and it wasn’t a “cut”. It was an error within the agency where the employees processing claims were not awarding appropriate amounts of money for claims made. It was more an issue within the top-down management and training of VA employees/ auditors and not Biden trying to cut funding to the VA.
      Republicans want much much worse for you. The people close to Trump want the sick and disabled to perish. They see them as a burden to society. If you don’t believe me watch Fox News or listen to any Republican speak on healthcare for more than 30 seconds.

      Twisted guv. No USA first. About half the voters voted for the twisted sister, so they were not winning in the long run. I have full access to VA, Agent Orange. But also have private ins. and medicare, use all three. Works for now. I have the same thing going on in the private medical field. Often see nurse practitioners and see real doctors once a year to meet medicare requirements. That's just a couple of doctors. Currently, the specialist I go to at the eye clinic is booked up for about 3 months. If you have an appointment or really need to get in they will get you in. Not guaranteed.

    I work for the VA. The primary reason spending is up within VA is because they will pay for Veterans to receive care in the community if services can't be offered within a certain timeframe or if the specialty service in question isn't available at the local facility. Instead of hiring more physicians and nurses to fill the gap and provide these services, they continue to pay out millions to community care costs. Private care healthcare costs will always be more than what it would take for these services to be provided within the VA. Staff up the VA appropriately and you'll see these community care expenditures drop significantly.

    • @bpb5541
      @bpb5541 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      VA benifits are not the problem. The rich stealing from us is the problem. We can gauge the quality of a country by how they treat their elderly and how they treat their veterans. This should not even be questioned especially in supposedly the greatest country that has ever existed.

    Thank you for your videos mate.... With Trump's presidency, economic shifts are expected to be significant, especially given the current recession and the potential impact of future rate cuts. Although rate cuts might not boost inflation as hoped, they may lead banks to further restrict consumer and corporate lending, contributing to a deflationary period for various assets. This environment could result in declining stock values, retail and housing sales, and rising unemployment due to layoffs. For investors, a diversified portfolio especially with stocks and cryptocurrencies offers some protection, serving as a hedge amid volatility. Both long- and short-term trading strategies can help manage risks, providing stability as markets adjust. I have managed to grow a nest egg of around 130k to a decent 532k in the space of a few months... Do you realize that this hysteria about cutting will produce a massive recession? The so called debt is the saving of the private sector. I’m not saying that there isn’t waste but we are risking of getting carried away without understanding double accounting.

    • @bpb5541
      @bpb5541 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Exactly. But you are being kind. I think it causes STAGFLATION like the world has never seen and then we get a massive deflationary deprssion. Recession is what we have been living for the last 3 years. It just doesn't look like that because the "profits" for the rich look so good. For the average person...not good at all. I hope I am wrong. I have never wanted to be more wrong my entire life. But I think IQs are dropping sharply. Best of luck to you.

      @ best of luck to you as well! We’ll see how it pans out. Either way is not going to be fun. My comment was more about the huge happiness about cutting and deficit/debt obsession. Be careful what you wish for…if the really cut 2 trillion it will be miserable and trump will go down as one the worst president in history. Cheers.

    Yes, the government is spending money on developing AI-enabled toilets. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded a $6.97 million project at Stanford University to develop a "smart toilet" that uses AI to analyze health indicators such as urine color and flow rate. Another NIH-funded project involves developing an AI-enabled toilet seat to monitor heart failure patients' vital signs, aiming to reduce hospital readmission rates. These smart toilets are intended to provide non-invasive health monitoring and early detection of medical conditions, potentially improving healthcare outcomes.
    The private sector is actively developing AI-enabled toilets, but the government also invests in these technologies for specific public health and infrastructure needs. Private companies face challenges such as integrating smart toilet technology with existing infrastructure, ensuring accessibility, and maintaining user privacy. Governments may step in to fund projects that align with public health goals, such as disease monitoring or improving sanitation in public spaces, which might not be immediately profitable for private companies. Additionally, government involvement can help standardize technologies for broader public use.

In my main engineering building we still had phone booths in our hall ways and our laptops would die in class because there wasn't enough outlets. But the social science buildings were pristine and brand new. But with EEs there is really no diversity so nothing to promote, my graduating class was 100% males.

    In 2000, the U.S. federal government comprised around 100 agencies, departments, and bureaus, which included both executive and independent agencies. At that time, the overall structure was relatively streamlined compared to today, with core departments like the Department of Defense, Treasury, and Justice taking up significant portions of federal work, while independent agencies like NASA and the EPA managed specialized functions.
    By 2024, the number of federal agencies has increased considerably, though exact counts vary based on how agencies and sub-agencies are categorized. Today, there are estimated to be around 450 distinct entities when accounting for sub-agencies and program offices. This growth is largely due to expansions in areas like cybersecurity, health, and environmental oversight.
