- The Boeing 767-400 of Delta Air Lines is seen taking-off at Zurich in Switzerland on a rainy day. Look at the amazing spray from the wet runway! Flight DL53 from Zurich to New York JFK, flight time of 8 hours and 56 minutes.
The Boeing 767 is a long-range, wide-body, twin-engine jetliner that was initially produced by Boeing Commercial Airplanes in the 1980s. The Boeing 767-400 is the largest variant of the 767. This aircraft has a maximum speed of Mach 0.85 and a range of up to 6,000 nautical miles (11,100 km). The 767-400 can accommodate up to 375 passengers in a two-class configuration and has a maximum takeoff weight of 450.000 lbs (204.116 kg). The 767 is powered by two General Electric CF6-80C2B7F turbofan engines. Each producing a thrust of 269,6 kN / 60600 lbf. Since its introduction, only 37 Boeing 767-400s were ever built.
Overall, the Boeing 767 is a reliable, efficient, and versatile aircraft that has served commercial and military operators for over 30 years.

Did you know that the Boeing 767-400ER can carry around 245 passengers and has a range of approximately 5,625 nautical miles (10,418 km)?
