Virtue means "morally good or desirable trait in a person" so, like, he's saying people don't see skin tone as a desirable trait
Not a perfect answer but it made sense to him in the moment, ever play these kinds of games? Sometimes you get some deep answers they just be worded weird because of the fast pace of it

Lakeith is such a gem. You can feel his authenticity, his energy, it’s encouraging. He is so transparent. He is also quite underrated.
What I think I like most about LaKeith is that the way that he acts on TV and Film is the way he may be in real life. He is a very pensive and well-thought-out person, it seems, and I admire that about him in his roles and personality.
You can tell, mentally, he’s dealing with a lot. I hope the ppl in his life check on him.

@@nflfangirl19 I know it's about the money and White Audiences, but why can't they make more Black Romance movies like "The Photograph", I mean, movies without all the Ghetto Fabulous drama and chaos (like in "Baby Boy").
White audiences might find out this is really just another enjoyable romance story, just with people of different skin tones. I grew up with "Loves Jones" and been waiting for another "Love Jones" style masterpiece. Congrats to the sister directing this movie and all the actors involved......
@@dxwallace55 Why would Hollywood make more movies like The Photograph when the majority of blacks didn't even go see the movie in theaters? The budget on that movie is $16 million dollars and only made 20 million. That's pathetic.
@@dondreg16 I do have that same issue/complaint with my black brethren as well. But its jointly Black People's fault and Hollywood's fault. The movie theaters often don't like to run Black movies because the theater owners don't want black audiences coming out to areas where the white customers are, they feel they'll lose business with whites.
Black people for some reason will not spend money on this type of movie, but will run out to see "Straight Outta Compton" or something like that (not judging that movie). I don't need to see Boyz In the Hood Black people in movies all the time (I actually don't need to see them at all)
