Thank you for the video! Cross-contouring the hand in this case makes the hand look to me like it belongs to a mummy (ie. all wrapped in linen), and I find the natural folds on the hand get lost in the clutter. Is there a way to shade it without having that happen?
That’s a good point, I happened to make my lines pretty dark over all so that’s prob why. Try having your contour lines a bit lighter in the hand but keep them getting gradually darker as they recede into crevices, and around the hand. then add the hand lines and see if that works better for you 👍
