Gesture drawings are quick drawings that are more loose and fluid. They’re good to try because they help artists loosen up and build hand/eye coordination When I taught figure drawing I’d have my students do quick gesture sketches (like 5 minutes per drawing tops) and it’s good to use like 18X24 newsprint (so it’s less expensive). the one in ink wash is an example: debkarpman.com/featured-content you can do gesture drawings in pencil, but charcoal or ink wash works well too

How to draw series upload 0 to 100

This is an absolutely lovely family that I would be proud to know and live next door to. Can I send a couple of dozen Maga somewhere because I think these people are actual assets unlike the right wing bigots.

Would love to see how to shade a face using graphite pencil, if that’s something you’re interested in doing a video on! Also, a video on simple drills/warmup to develop/improve line control and technique over time would be helpful, too!
