Hi, I just bought a PWM Malevolent and realised I cant control the knobs with midi from a DAW. I have always used digital synths like Waldorf and prophecy so this is all new to me. Can I control the malevolent from my DAW with one of these?

Hey Gregg, check out the FH-1 by Expert sleepers. sometimes it might need a little mapping but there are tons of help on forums with preset maps for it! Here is a video of it using a Launch Control XL as a sequencer, it's crazy: th-cam.com/video/euETp8DAjf8/w-d-xo.html
I want to record midi notes in ableton that will play my moog rogue so I can focus on shaping sound and recording these tweaks back into ableton through my audio interface while sequence is playing. Can I do this with the cv.ocd?? Thanks in advance!
Hi, do you experience a latency with it ? I use it with octatrack to trigger a DFAM and a little modular. After several tests I figured out that CV ocd adds 7ms of delay. It's way higher than what analog rytm or Arturia Minibrute.

What's up John, i was using the Black Market Modular cables because they were so thin! But since then, many companies have followed up with basically the same cables, so any Hosa or @PerfectCircuitAudio cables would be just as nice

Could you get Midi-CC out from the Circuit control knobs to the CV.ocd and then use the animation-recording for modulation in your rack? (!!whoa!!)

this great tutorial, could you play the circuit knobs to trigger your modular synth, that way you could record modulation ?

steveoath The CV.OCD sends out an 1/8th and 1/16th clock. So It totally can, as far as a reset I think you might need to assign it into the CV.OCD

that is great because you don't need to waste precious money or rack space on a clock module! Totally worth it.
