  • Ingredients:
    1 pack Japanese style cooked eel (11 oz)
    1.5 cup leftover rice (a day old rice)
    1/2 cup edamame
    1/2 onion
    1 small piece of ginger
    1 scallion
    1 egg
    Seasoning sauce (might not need to use all; I only used half):
    1 tsp sugar
    1.25 tsp soy sauce
    1/4 tsp mushroom dark soy sauce
    1 tsp water

    材料:
    1 包 日式鰻魚 (11 安士)
    1.5 碗 隔夜飯
    1/2 碗 毛豆
    1/2 個 洋蔥
    1 小塊 薑
    1 棵 蔥
    1 個 雞蛋
    調味醬汁 (跟自己口味放適量; 我放了一半):
    1 茶匙 糖
    1.25 茶匙 生抽
    1/4 茶匙 草菇老抽
    1 茶匙 清水
